Vacation rentals with a patio in Pigneto, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

If the location fits the schedule, I would highly recommend it. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. In fact, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in living (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on). But this place was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I've stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits your schedule. The disadvantage is that it's on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs aren't steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

Alessandro was a very attentive host, we arrived very early in the morning and he came to greet us. He kept in touch throughout the stay and ask if we needed anything more. Of all the airbnbs I have stayed in, it was by far the cleanest and best service! The apartment was very close to the metro (although we walked to the colosseum - c.30mins), and quick journey into central Rome! We had a great time in Rome and Alessandro made the stay from great one to excellent! Thank you once again.

Francesca's apartment was perfect for our family vacation! Although it is a bit far from downtown, it was very well connected by subway and easy to find. The decor and amenities were perfect and very nice; in addition to her kindness, she was always attentive to us. I definitely recommend staying with Francesca! We have great memories!

Alessandro was really helpful and made sure we had a great stay. The place was clean and comfortable- very cool - didn’t even need the A/C (even though it does have) - really enjoyed our stay! Thank you 🙏

Daniel is a great host and was always attentive to me, from the beginning, with all the possible recommendations to make my stay pleasant. The apartment is impeccable in every sense of the word, better than in the photos. I highly recommend it.

Stayed 7 days in this lovely apartment in basement, 2 large bedrooms, large terrace. Cutlery, glasses and plates are limited (6 pieces of each) and there is no dishwashing machine. Quiet area with metro Re di Roma is a 10-minute walk away.

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

A very peaceful place despite the proximity to the airport, you can hear very little of the planes. Ideal house for a stay and discovering Rome just 30 minutes by car. Small touches on arrival that are very pleasant

The Airbnb is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The host is very responsive and kind, she even offered to send Maria, the cleaning lady, to pick us up at the airport and take us there, for a small fee. The setting is really nice, but very far from downtown Rome. It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes to get to any tourist place. But it makes it more peaceful. Recommended!!

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

I booked based on the pictures and let me tell you, they don’t really do the place justice. Yes, it’s an apartment, but the views from every room were beautiful. Check-in in was easy and Lorenzo walked us through the process. If you’re not used to European-style locks, you eventually get the hang of it. There are good local restaurants and I recommend eating in the neighborhood, rather than by the tourist traps by the Colosseum. Prices are roughly 1/2. The Colosseum is 1.5 miles away, roughly 20-30 minute walk, depending upon your pace. We enjoyed the terrace every night, listening to religious processions, the bell towers, and fireworks. The sunsets were breathtaking taking. You can clearly see St Peter’s Basilica in the distance. The beds were comfortable, the AC cold (definitely needed it) and we were able to get laundry done. Don’t second-guess this place. Pull the trigger now. We’ll be staying here on our next trip.

If you want to enjoy Rom by foot and public transport, book this Appartement. It is far away from all the hustle but close enough to all the sights ( takes you within 30 minutes or a bit less to the sights). Especially the train station is just in front of the door! The whole Appartement looks exactly like on the picture. The bakery next to the house has delicious pastries and there is a supermarket near by. Grazie mille for this wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
