The house exceeded our expectations, great!! Clean and sufficient dishes, clean and cozy beds, some entertainment for children, the peaceful environment. We had a little problem with the heater and we notified Alessio. First thing in the morning, he was solving the problem with a lot of sympathy. In short, if we ever come back to Genoa, we will look for this place again!!

Some difficulties on arrival to find the accommodation but Muriel was very responsive. Overall satisfied this week. arrival with a basket offered with olive oil, coffee, jam, cakes... and enough to make a first meal. Very nice check-in. Very well-equipped apartment with two bathrooms and very spacious. The two negative points are the noise of the elevator that we hear in the room and the many trains we hear when we are on the terrace. However, once all the windows are closed (thank you air conditioning!) you can almost hear more trains! What is nice in the rental is the fact of being out of the center of Genes and therefore being green and especially the freshness in the evening which is appreciable. Thank you for this stay. We had a trusting, loving welcome. The house is carefully restored and furnished with a lot of love and feeling in details. Welcome snacks, drinks and food for the first few days were available. Everything was just been thought of! The place is lovely, very quiet and the residents are very nice. The place is recommended to spend relaxed and restful days. We were in the area for an MTB event and were able to store our bikes safely. Best place we've ever stayed!
