For us, the perfect place to stay in San Remo! We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Everything was very clean and well maintained, so we could relax right away. The kitchen is well equipped – nothing was really missing. It was particularly pleasant that each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, which provided additional comfort. The contact with Stefano (the owner) and Gino was always very friendly and uncomplicated. The garden area is also beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger. We also liked the location of the accommodation very much, as well as the generous parking facilities directly on the property – a real plus. We will definitely be happy to come back!

What a wonderful stay Elisabeth and Tim's house is splendid, warm, spacious, tastefully furnished and with personal items that make you feel at home. The house lacks nothing, very well equipped on all levels. Located in a small village in Piedmont, you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. What happiness in the morning to open the shutters with the view of the countryside and the mountains. Calm and serenity guaranteed. Beautiful villages nearby in an authentic countryside. Not to mention the gastronomy with quality local products with very welcoming vineyards and incredible wines. I will end with Elisabeth and Tim with whom communication was very pleasant, always available and giving us all the useful information for a memorable stay Thanks to them for giving us the chance to stay in their beautiful home.

We stayed at this B&B for 4 nights with our dog. The location is optimal both for visiting the town and for reaching the sea, even on foot. The beach below is equipped and for those who want there is a free area with showers. Very clean sea!!! We were very well received by Denisia and Giuseppe and following their directions we easily reached the house that is located on the hill. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with everything you need for a great stay... super clean. The outdoor space, equipped with deckchairs and tables, allowed us to spend the unfortunately few evenings enjoying the breeze coming from the mountain. This place is recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. Satisfied.

Beautiful, comfortable and private appartment, located very close to the center but away from crowds and noises. A little difficult to find in the beginning. Would definitely stay again!

We are a large group of 30 climbers and we enjoyed the large house comfortably. The kitchens were well-stocked with equipment and we had plenty of space for cooking. The host was accomodating, with clear provided instructions on how to sort the bins and when. Location is beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing!

We enjoyed spending time at this house so much! Such a breathtaking view from the terraces! It feels very peaceful without being secluded. The village is just behind the house - a 3 min walk. There is a nice small restaurant and the doors in the village are painted by artists. There are many cute villages around and wonderful walks. We also enjoyed the open kitchen and living room coziness, everything was clean and functional. Sofia is a great host, communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at casa dei limoni. The garden was beautiful and was a good playground for our little daughter. The furniture and interior of the place is also really nice. Kitchen was well equipped as well. Monja was a super responsive and kind host and went above and beyond to help out. One tiny thing to know. There was a broken umbrella so having lunch outside during the hot summer months is difficult.

We all thought it was a stunningly beautiful home. Exceptional view and very practical with elevator down to the beach and the resort's restaurants and more. The house was big and beautifully decorated, but we had two toddlers with us, a one year old and a three year old with us, and it meant that we had to move away quite a bit so that it wouldn't be ruined by the kids. (And I apologize for I don't think everything came back in its place). The host couple were friendly and responsive to our questions.

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore's house. The house was exactly as described, clean, tidy, large rooms and also had cool extras, such as a pool table and a foosball table. We especially liked the large terrace with a great view of the sea. 🏖️ The location is perfect, you are on the mountain with a unique view, but you can walk to the city in 15 minutes, where there are delicious restaurants and great beaches. Salvatore provided us with an information sheet recommending local restaurants, beaches and attractions. In addition, Salvatore was incredibly friendly and helpful - communication was quick and straightforward, and he was always available to us immediately for questions. We would definitely come back and can recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Salvatore, for the time we were able to spend with you!

We had perfect days in Borganzo!! A wonderful stay from the first to the last minute. The house is beautifully and quietly located, it is super well maintained and has everything you need. The garden is a dream and the pool is just sensationally beautiful, is very large and also has a very nice depth. (From flat to over 2m) Stefano has taken care of everything very well, has always responded immediately to requests from us and is also a very likeable person! We hope to be able to travel to Borganzo again soon!

Our family of four had an incredible stay at Franco & Paola's beautiful home. We fell in love with the house, the nature surrounding it, the ocean, even the town of Varraze itself. The house had everything we could've wanted or needed, perfectly appointed with a view that i'm still dreaming of two weeks later. Franco & Paola were amazing hosts and left impeccable local recommendations. If you are fortunate enough to book time here my only suggestion is don't make too many plans as you, like us, might have to abandon them as you'd rather not go anywhere else. Absolute highest recommendation - thank you Franco & Paola for sharing your home with us.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful house and spent wonderful autumn holidays. The pictures and the description were correct. The location is beautiful and very quiet. The equipment in the house itself is of high quality and very pratcical. You can tell that the hosts are there themselves from time to time, because everything is there and there is enough of everything you need. Especially in the kitchen it can sometimes be a challenge - here in this house there was really everything you need if you like to cook. The internet is fast enough and Netflix helps when travelling with children - but also pleases the adults. Communication with Tanya was smooth and quick. The handing over of the keys and the necessary explanations on site were impeccable. All very flexible and solution-oriented when necessary. We can recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Stefania is a very nice and caring hostess, we were warmly welcomed by her and her husband and the special features of the accommodation were explained to us. The house is very nice and well equipped - we didn't miss anything and felt very comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

The house had a very warm and welcoming aura. The garden was clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy the outdoors. The host was kind and helpful. Every morning we would wake up with fresh pie, focaccia and jams.

Beautiful accommodation right on the fantastic coast of Alassio. The view over the sea is truly spectacular and breathtaking. The house is beautifully decorated and exceptionally beautiful! Andrea is a very likeable host who gave us many tips and recommendations. He gave us a very warm welcome and very friendly introduction to the accommodation. An exemplary host! We really enjoyed our stay in the tower. The apartments are very tastefully furnished, there is everything you need. The garden is beautiful, you can barbecue very well and the pool is a real highlight. A very well-equipped supermarket, where you can really get everything and which is also open on Sundays, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Two tips for future renters: 1. The WiFi does not work very well, but that did not bother us because the cell phone reception is very good. But if you have children, for example, who want to watch movies via WiFi, you have to be prepared for that. 2. In the top room, it can get very hot if you have windless days. Especially when children sleep there, it can be difficult if you have to keep the windows closed because of the daylight. But Daniele provided us with a mobile air conditioner on request, so there were no more problems.

An absolute dream – like a small castle in the middle of the vineyards! The apartment inspired us from the first moment: spacious, light-flooded rooms with huge windows and a fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards – you really felt like you were in a castle! Everything was sparkling clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail. There was nothing missing: dish soap, detergent, tabs for the dishwasher, charcoal, mosquito repellent – everything was there. The kitchen was also excellently equipped and left nothing to be desired. The centrally controlled air conditioning in every room was particularly pleasant – an absolute plus in summer temperatures. But our highlight was definitely the outdoor area: the pool and the spacious terrace were perfect for relaxing and enjoying. There were eight of us in the apartment and we felt completely comfortable. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!
