Quiet and elegant accommodation for 2 people, located 1.5 km from the beaches. On a 3300 m² property, studio on the ground floor of our home. It is composed as follows: Living room/kitchen including a 160 cm sofa bed - Bathroom/toilet Covered terrace - Air conditioning - Washing machine shared with the other apartment in the outdoor laundry room, adjoining the studio terrace. The electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow electric vehicle charging.

Former mill converted into cozy accommodation comprising 2 independent units, a duplex and a studio (see listing “In Mullin studio”). We also run the A Nepita bar-restaurant in Place de la Fontaine in Matra, 2 km (1.2 miles) from the gîte, where we serve sophisticated cuisine made with local ingredients. Farm tours available by appointment, depending on the season.
