It is an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, swimming, skiing and much more. The 3-room apartment has a large west balcony with mountain views that invites you to relax. An underground parking space and bicycle parking are also provided.

The apartment is located in an 8-party house in an exclusive location at 980 m altitude on the Obersalzberg in the beautiful Berchtesgadener Land. In about 13 minutes, you are in the center of Berchtesgaden by car. After only 3 minutes on foot, you can also reach a bus connection to various excursion destinations ( e.g. Königssee, Kehlsteinhaus, Salzbergwerk), which can be used several times a day for free with the Kurkarte. Various hiking tours can be started directly from the front door.
