On 90 square meters, you are surrounded by a mix of styles of antiques and design icons from Baroque to the present. The heart of the apartment is the 45 square meter oak-paneled living room with open kitchen and counter. A folder with our tips and highlights in the immediate vicinity is ready for you.

The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Our large apartment with magnificent Elbe views is centrally located on the Elbe. The view goes towards the old town and its sights. But it is on the Neustadt side and so it is only a few minutes' walk to the lively colorful Neustadt with cafes, bars and dance venues, but just as quickly you are in the Baroque quarter with restaurants, museums and shopping centers. You will surely feel comfortable in our large rooms with full kitchen and billiard room. Super suitable for families.

Unsere Wohnung liegt MITTENDRIN. Direkte Nähe zur Elbe mit dem wunderbaren Elbradweg. Neben der Sehenswürdigkeit Pfunds Molkerei und der Haltestelle für Stadtrundfahrten direkt vor dem Haus. Von der Wohnung aus ist Dresden fußläufig leicht zu erkunden. Oder aber du mietest ein Fahrrad und genießt die Landschaft und die vielen Restaurants und Biergärten in den Elbauen.
