We are renting a beautiful, quiet, renovated old building apartment in the middle of Dresden's Hechtviertel. It is about 65 square meters and consists of two separate rooms (living room and bedroom) and a spacious kitchen with balcony. The apartment is located in a quiet side street, but the beautiful shops, bars and cafes of Dresden Neustadt are all within walking distance. Parking is free of charge in the streets around the house, but the connection to public transport is also very good.

Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.
