Water access from home is not available but a public boat launch is a short 5 minute drive away.

Nearby public boat launch for easy access to fishing and boating is less than a 5 minute drive away. The cottage is not on the lake so the only access to swimming is from your boat. This sweet little cabin on the river is a remodeled/updated log cabin from the 1940’s. Simple and slightly rustic, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! We think it has the best view on the whole river. There is shallow water and a sand bar mid-river in front of the house. The swans, geese, ospreys and Bald Eagles are a treat to watch. The cabin is a relaxing and intimate getaway for couples. It is cozy in the winter with a small hot tub overlooking a beautiful view.
