This perfect St Johns River house has a dock and boat slip on the river, then also has an additional dock with boat parking on the canal on the other side of the house. A nice deck with a jacuzzi that you can relax in next to the river. Enjoy the sunset or go fishing right off the dock. Bring your boat and take a ride to Silver Glen Springs. Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.

There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Juan Pablo Montoya) Zebra. (Ruby Lee) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo) , pig, (Wilbur) and a lamb (Gracie) Fenced in property, I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically.

Tiny Home (one of two guest houses) on a private 13 acres in a small equestrian town. Away from the main house, so it is private, but not isolated. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple younger kids. (Some have mentioned it's not that comfy for grown-ups. Very firm.) It is only a short drive by boat or car to beautiful springs, restaurants and bars. Close to Daytona and Orlando! Wildlife galore.
