Old world charm just got a nice makover- Located right in the Center of the historic Town of Trim, just 45 minutes from Dublin City & DUB, 15 minutes from Navan Co Meath. Guests whose stay is 28 days or longer will incur a utility fee of 50 euros per week, from the first week, added to the rental fee. Another item of note, the driveway into the rear yard is quite narrow and not suitable for a large SUV or people carrier. Lastly the driveway gate is electric powered and operates on a key fob

It is nestled in the basement of a 200 year old traditional Irish farmhouse with its' own private entrance and overlooking stunning gardens. The studio is equipped with large flatscreen TV, high speed internet, and it just a five minute drive to the Hill of Tara, 10 minutes to the Hot Box Sauna, and 20 minutes from New Grange.
