My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)

Post office, shop and pub (10 mins walk) Footpath from the property through fields and woods as far as Belton, Syston and beyond.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
