We absolutely loved our girls trip to “The Stables”. It is based in such as picturesque area with some nice local walks. It is quite close to Winchester, so we did a couple of trips to visit the Winchester City Mill and go shopping. Tom’s place was very clean and well equipped. It had nice views of fields, cows and chickens on your doorstep and we even saw a barn owl one night! This was such an amazing find and I would definitely recommend!

The barn was lovely, it was the perfect getaway with everything we required for our stay, we especially loved the welcome basket and playing pool Our dog loved the massive garden and meeting Mocha and making friends with the Alpacas. Francesca made us feel very welcome and we would highly recommend the barn for a lovely relaxing break.

Beautifully converted little barn. Perfect spot to relax for a few days. Jo is so lovely and gave us some great recommendations for walks and places to eat. The private garden is enclosed so we could let our dog potter around. And full of roses, making it a beautiful spot to sit out in. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Lucy & Alex’s beautiful barn! Exceeded all expectations! A brilliant space with everything you could need to hand. Stand out feature was the wonderful projector, which we took advantage of the evening after having visited Highclere Castle, to watch the Downton Abbey film. Just perfect! Lucy was so thoughtful in providing both Downton Abbey films for us to watch during our stay. We’d had a long journey down to the barn and were so grateful to Lucy for supplying all the essentials for a much needed tea and toast break before we went for dinner at The Jack Russell (a wonderful recommendation from Lucy). It was great to meet Lucy & Alex (and the beautiful Mabel too), we’d love to come back for another visit!
