Distance with public transport to the fair, ZOB and Ringbahn 25min, Spandau train station 23 min, Central Station 45min, Bhf Zoo 35min( by bike 45min). On foot to Hahneberg 10 min, Mauerweg 4 min, to the Havel 25 min ( by bike 10 min)

U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

The Friedbergstrasse is so quite and you are close to public transport which takes you to whichever corner of Berlin and Potsdam you fancy.
