Vacation home on the water - close to the city

Our vacation home is located in Berlin-Gatow and is opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, just a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. The perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other hand, a true dog paradise with lots of nature for long walks, for paddling and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. In addition, there are bathing spots and playgrounds.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Unser Apartment ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Besuche des Olympiastadions, der Waldbühne oder der Messe-Berlin. Das Apartment hat eine vollausgestattete Küche, einen Kamin sowie eine Terrasse. U-Bahn und Busse (z.B. U2 oder M45) sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen (U-Ruhleben und U-Olympiastadion). Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten bestehen vor dem Haus auf der Straße. Zu Spaziergängen in der Umgebung laden ein bewaldetes Naturschutzgebiet und ein kleiner See ein.

Modern & bright loft-style apartment with office

The apartment only got built in 2017 and I furnished it completely new in 2021. It's a very bright and calm Vibe. Its a residential building and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The Kitchen is very well equipped and comes with a dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The one bedroom has a 180*200m bed and the other room has a workspace including screen and a keyboard/mouse. The bathroom comes with a washing machine, dryer and plenty of towels.

Quiet apartment near Messe Olympiastad Waldbühne

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. Your gaze goes into the greenery over gardens to the forest, only from afar you can hear the city very quietly. You can get to the center quickly by subway and bus. Lidl and Aldi are at the subway station, many shops and our favorite pastry shop are two stops away. In the apartment you are undisturbed, can cook, bathe, be lazy, sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine. And explore Berlin.

Close to the city: Bright, near the trade fair ICC

My apartment blends city convenience with natural charm: Grunewald forest and leisure spots are just a short walk away. The stylish kitchen-living room overlooks the garden and is fully equipped – a treat for coffee lovers. A workspace is included. Relax on the sunny terrace. Great neighborhood, quick bus and S-Bahn access, Ku'damm and shops nearby. Parking often right outside. Perfect for business travelers, families, and adventurers.

Souterrain-Appartement near the Olympic Stadium & Messe

Close to the Grunewald and not far from the Olympic Stadium and the Waldbühne is this small basement apartment. Whether as accommodation for a Berlin trip or for concerts or sporting events, you have the perfect starting point from here. It only takes 15 minutes on foot to get to the Waldbühne or the Olympic Stadium. The nearest S-Bahn station is 5 minutes away. Messe Berlin is also only 5 minutes away by car.
