There is a mature private garden to enjoy and access to the adjourning field which still has original WW2 foxholes dug by US parachutist who landed in the area. In the heart of the Cotentin marshes, a pretty stone house. Located 10 minutes from Sainte-Mère-Église and Carentan and 30 minutes from the landing beaches. House with quiet enclosed garden and private parking. Accommodation on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room, a living room and a fitted kitchen as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower cubicle. Land and boules games available.

Close to the landing sites, in the heart of the Marais Park, you will have every opportunity to discover the wonders of our region (Côte des Havres, La Hague, Val de Saire...) without forgetting our pretty little village. Charming 19th century house in the middle of Bayeux 300 m from La Tapisserie. The kitchen in a veranda overlooks a large flowered garden. "Les Lilas de Bellefontaine" is a house very suitable for hosting two couples or a family with its two independent bathrooms. The backyard is very peaceful. Serge and Catherine will be happy to prepare a good breakfast in the hosts' house. (specify the day before ). Dining will be payable in addition.

You can enjoy the calm of the place or let yourself be surprised by one of the many hiking trails. They will take you to the heart of the bocage, marshes and historical sites related to DDAY.
