A cozy cottage a little away from our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is only 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in the beautiful West Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. There are currently great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping facilities are available in the town of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the town of Hirschegg.

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

The house is located on a rock in the middle of a mixed forest. 1 hectare of this is private forest and around 800 m2 is flat ground. Clear view of the stars. The house has around 110 m2 and is only rented as a whole and everything you need is there. 3 bedrooms for 8 guests, 1 living room with 1 large pull-out sofa for additional 2 guests, including 2 fully equipped kitchens. 1 bathtub with shower and 2 extra showers.

Located in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are at the central station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quiet and invites you to live and/or work.
