La casa circondata da un appio giardino privato è ricco di biodiversità. Siamo in una splendida posizione panoramica con vista a 360° sui colli e sulla pianura a 15 min. d'auto da Reggio Emilia, 1 ora d'auto da Bologna, 40 min. da Milano, 2 e 1/2 ore da Roma e 1 ora da Firenze (tramite treno ad alta velocità).
