It was amazing apartment with an amazing view.

How exciting to occupy a home right next to one of the world's most iconic landmarks, the Roman Colloseum. Caffè Roma and other nearby cafes and restaurants have great dining options for all tastes and budgets. The apartment is on the 4th floor (I think) on a small hill right above and next to the Colloseum. Paolo met us at the apartment for a smooth easy check-in experience. The weather was cool, so we usually had the windows cracked open while we were 'home'. There were lots of sounds from outside - guitar playing and singing, people celebrating, sometimes jackhammering from construction in the area, and lots of other activity, as the area hosts one of the city's main touristic attractions. I enjoyed hearing the buzz coming in with the cool air. The apartment and most of the furnishings were absolutely beautiful, with a mix of traditional and modern Italian vibe. There is a step up once in the beautiful kitchen, so be careful there. The shower was very small, the bath tub giant.

We loved our stay at Simona's place. Everything was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the sofa too. We enjoyed taking advantage of the terrace and the sun. The kitchen had everything we needed. It has a. There's a cafe just downstairs and lots of restaurants around. A stone's throw from a metro station and bus stop. Several small markets for essentials around. In short, when I return to Rome I won't hesitate to choose one of Simona's homes.

The apartment was perfect! Very accessible and extremely clean and convenient. I highly recommend this listing because of its excellent location. 600 m from a metro station. Bus across the street from the listing. Our stay was impeccable! I will go back and highly recommend it!
