This place was a gem. To be this close to the Coloseum makes one feel like a true Roman. 24hr grocery a few feet away, tons of great food just a walk away into the Monti neighborhood, close to a metro, pharmacy at end of street, and AMAZING Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. You will not melt. One floor up with a lift for luggage. Plus Massimo is communicative, kind, and checked in on us. If you want location as your primary quality, look no more!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! The location is fantastic - surrounded by great restaurants and within easy reach of major landmarks, yet surprisingly calm and quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The apartment itself was spotless and very cozy, with a warm, home-like atmosphere that made us feel instantly comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. Our host was exceptional - super responsive and helpful from the moment we booked. Alessandro provided clear instructions and great local recommendations, including nearby restaurants, must-see sights, and metro stations. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome, whether you’re a first-time traveler or a returning visitor looking for a peaceful and well-located home base.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay in Rome & Federico is an amazing host! He was super responsive and gave us the best recommendations of restaurants and local attractions for our short stay. The apartment was luxurious and in a prime location. Hope to be back soon!
