La sua posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Venezia e Cortina d’Ampezzo, lo rende il posto ideale come base di partenza per entusiasmanti escursioni.

Borgo Barozzi 20 - casa nel borgo, tra i colli

Ai piedi delle Prealpi, baciata dal sole, questa è stata la casa di Nonna Genoveffa che ha vissuto fino a 105 anni; chissà se sono stati il piccolo giardino di erbe e rose, il clima mite di questo luogo o le chiacchere serali con gli altri abitanti del borgo a darle così lunga vita? Ristruttura da Mauro e Ted, ora questa casa è per voi! Se cercate la tranquillità, se amate i profumi dei campi, se volete sentire i grilli e l'assiolo, se sognate un piccolo mondo antico questo è il luogo per voi.

Between Venice and the Dolomites, the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene are a must-see, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Supermarket and pharmacy are literally on the doorstep. Historical centre, train and bus station are a 1-minute walk away. Access is SIMPLE and in total autonomy. We are waiting for you!

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

La casa da poco ristrutturata, con una superficie di 55 mq, si trova a Stevenà di Caneva al confine tra Friuli e il Veneto, in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, dove poter prendersi una pausa relax. In posizione strategica permette di raggiungere Sacile, Polcenigo, Aviano, Pordenone ma anche la foresta del Cansiglio, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Venezia e le colline del Prosecco. Gli amanti dello sport possono usufruire dei numerosi sentieri percorribili sia in mountain-bike che a piedi.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Camera nella Torre del Castello di Roncade

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
