La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Grande appartamento adatto per gruppi numerosi, fino a 11 persone, per gruppi minori,da 1 a 4 persone, offro due stanze con servizi: camera cucina bagno e salotto La casa e´situata sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia dove c´e l´unico accesso alla vetta del monte Pelmo a 3168 m. da dove nelle giornate limpide si puo vedere la laguna di Venezia.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
