Rina and Enzo were so kind to pick us up from the nearby train station. Their apartment is located directly next to the lighthouse which gives a really nice atmosphere. The beach of Punta Penna is easily accessible by foot in just a few minutes. The beach is truly wonderful and was very calm and not crowded at all in October. Close by the apartment you have a nice coffee bar with super friendly staff, tasty coffee and snacks. Also a fish restaurant and a very tiny market with souvenirs and emergency food supply is available. Having the port in the nearby neighborhood was a bit odd in the beginning but it was actually not disturbing at all. The apartment itself is quite spacious and was super clean. The kitchen is well equipped. From the balcony you can enjoy the view on the lighthouse and the sea. The hosts even provided beach utilities like a parasol and snorkeling equipment. Rina and Enzo are very caring and friendly hosts who made us feel very welcome. Thank you guys a lot!

Fede was a fantastic host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfect for our long weekend. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time in a traditional Italian town. 20 mins to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and bars and with stunning views in the town of the Italian countryside. Laura, Luigi and their daughter spoiled us with their kindness and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They were always available and considerate of any of our needs. The property was everything previous reviewers have accurately described and we would give it a 10 if we could. We especially enjoyed the open spaces of both the house and the surrounding property. It’s a lovely oasis so quiet and relaxing, graced by olive trees, vineyards and a territorial view of the ocean. Thanks again for helping us generate great memories.

Great stay! Stefania and Domenico were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. From the awesome breakfast to the little extras they provided (juice, water, fruit, etc) to the wonderful fried artichokes this has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended with easy access to the Abruzzo area.
