We had a wonderful stay at Ernesto's Sunny House. Although it unfortunately rained every day, the trip to the Dolomites was very worthwhile. Ernesto was extremely friendly and eager. He preheated the cabin for us so it was nice and warm when we arrived. The cottage is very modernly furnished and has everything you need for a short stay in the mountains. The location is perfect for a long walk or a hike. In addition, Ernesto gave us a bottle of Prosecco from the area, which tasted really excellent! Thank you for the wonderful time - we will be happy to come back!

Silvana responded quickly to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake on the evening of our arrival. Quiet location and ideal for us who wanted to ski. A secure location is provided for storing skis. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen is equipped with all the accessories to prepare your meals. The pots are of excellent quality, please take care of them. Regarding the billing for hot water and heating, it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Delightful chalet in an isolated and private area, tastefully furnished and equipped with surprising amenities for the type of accommodation. Lots of appliances, wifi and great working heating. The possibility of lighting the wood stove in the house is much appreciated (dry wood already split available). Valmesta is in a perfect location to be away from the chaos even in high season and with less than 10 minutes by car you can reach the Tognola ski lifts. We would very gladly reconsider a stay in the summer as well. Striving to find defects, however secondary, we point out the private access road, not very easy for inexperienced drivers, and the access to the attic that requires a bit of agility. Highly recommended!

Alessandra is an excellent host. She was always easily accessible to help us. The chalet is beautifully situated by the forest a little away from the village. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, you will find it here. Nevertheless, it only takes about 15 minutes by car to the nearest supermarket. Various restaurants are also easily accessible by car. The chalet is very comfortably furnished. In warm weather you can eat and grill outside if you want. The highlight is the sauna behind the house. It is very comfortable. You can enjoy even rainy days (some of which we had) wonderfully. The chalet is very suitable for two adults and 1 child. For more than four people it could get a little small. If you like to go hiking, cycling or otherwise spend time in nature, you will get your money's worth here.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by Isabella, a fantastic person, kind and very helpful. He immediately made us feel at home by showing us everything and giving us all the tips to make the most of our experience. An almost mystical fantastic experience in going back in time, when things were simple and important. Highly recommended for people looking for contact with nature and a few days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The directions were very clear, the way to get there is a little winding but very feasible. I really recommend it. Thank you so much!!!

Several hiking excursions of varying levels also start from the area. Essential services (bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher) are just minutes away by car (no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Gorgeous location with views onto the serene mountains! We also enjoyed the good communication and local insights as we visited with a group for a paragliding trip. The large living room is perfect for common meals and evening activities. We definitely will be back!

A very beautiful and charming apartment . Fully equipped and so comfortable to relax in after a day in the mountains. Home from home. Host is polite, helpful, attentive and professional.
