A thoroughly cozy and lovely place. Lots of personal charm and history. Everything you needed and more was available. Very welcoming, informative and hospitable host. Perfectly located for exploring the southern Dolomites or enjoying the tranquility and nature of the house. Exciting house to explore. Close distance to good shopping, shops, and restaurants. Have the greatest desire to come back - can only be recommended.

Panoramic villa near Cortina

FabrizioRating, 5 stars8 months ago
The property is located in the former village Eni, consisting of villas hidden in the woods, in a very quiet area where it is not difficult to come across foxes or deer. Designed in the late 1950s by architect Gellner, it's a beautiful example of architecture integrated into the environment. Even inside, you can feel a retro atmosphere thanks to the work of the architect who has created still very functional spaces. The beautiful surroundings are full of trails that allow beautiful hikes. Mr. Gaetano is very kind and helpful, although we had a problem, not dependent on him, he worked to solve it quickly and with the slightest inconvenience.
A bright living space showcases wooden cabinetry and a kitchen island. A wall-mounted TV is positioned in front of a decorative shelf. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, while elegant curtains frame the view. A floral arrangement adds a touch of decor.

Chalets in the Dolomites

ArturoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Mareson-Pecol is an ideal place to base if you are going to tour Las Dolomitas. The village is super quiet, this is very good on one side, although on the other side there are variety shortages to buy food, pharmacy, etc. The views are incredible, definitely a beautiful place. The house was located on a second floor, it had all the amenities we needed, everything worked perfect. Our stay here was really very pleasant, the host welcomed us very friendly, she gave us recommendations to know the area and even prepared a crib for my baby. Hopefully we can come back someday.
A wooden balcony features vibrant red geraniums planted in black pots, adding color to the outdoor space. A stone pathway leads away from the balcony, with green trees and mountains visible in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Charming and peaceful in Dolomites

GregoryRating, 5 stars21 months ago
This small practical and functional studio is ideal after a day spent outside. You can enjoy the calm in complete tranquility with a superb view of the surrounding landscapes. The owners, overlooking the property, are discreet and remain available if there is anything you need. We loved the small garden, provided, for the children to play with our dog. Thank you for hosting us!
A charming chalet is set against a backdrop of majestic mountains and lush green trees. The sunny sky highlights the natural beauty of the area, while the rustic architecture complements the serene landscape. Nearby structures are also visible, creating a cozy village atmosphere.

dolomites villa house sauna jacuzzi

AllysonRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This chalet is a hidden gem in the Dolomites. We rented this residence for a month of skiing. It is 30 minutes from Alleghe, 45 minutes from Passo San Pellegrino, and an hour from sled runs at Civetta, an hour and half from Cortina. An excellent central location for a ski vacation. It’s almost exactly an hour and half from Marco Polo airport. The Prosecco region is a great day trip. The chalet is cozy, warm, and inviting. Every morning, the sunrise seemed to shine differently on the mountains. It’s an enchanting home with beautiful views, a full spa with hot tub and sauna facilities (including a plunge bucket!), and a roaring fireplace. All the bedrooms have a balcony. The house was very clean and well managed. Both the host and the house manager were warm and responsive. We absolutely loved our stay and hope to be back soon. Highly recommend!
A spacious bedroom features wooden beams and warm-toned walls. Two twin beds with light yellow bedding are positioned beside a wooden nightstand. Large windows with sheer curtains provide natural light and open to a balcony with a wooden railing.

Romantic Chalet on Dolomites

StefanRating, 5 stars94 months ago
Very nice place for large families. It is located in the middle of really high mountains and passes. The location is perfect for many different hikes with children of different ages. We even were bathing in a lake (Lago di Coldai) at more than 2100 m altitude. Breathtaking views and trails of different degrees of difficulty are within 20 minutes of car drive or directly from the apartment. The apartment itself is a very comfortable and practicable place to stay with up to 4 children. There are bathrooms for every bedroom, so no fights in the morning, there are two places to chill and watch TV and they even have Netflix to watch ones favorite series. All in all a place to get back to and to recommend.
