The house was very clean in a convenient location to reach the New Fair of Rome. The building where the apartment is located is part of a complex of quiet buildings next to a shopping center with hypermarket, shops, bars, restaurants and cinemas, through which you can also reach the train station for Rome and Fiumicino. Ease of parking on the street. The co-host Elisabetta has always been available for any need.

Staying at this gem of a villa in Piana del sole (just 20minutes from the centre of Rome) was the perfect weekend getaway from the stress of the city! The jacuzzi worked wonderfully and the outdoor lounge area was very pretty and accommodating. The interior part of the house looked much better than the pictures, so my only criticism would be to take some new pictures to show off how nice it is 🤗 All in all would 100% stay again.

Beautiful home!!! When we arrived Nadio was very helpful to explain how to open the gate and how to access the house. The house itself is even better than the photos: cozy, spacious and decorated with great taste. Fully equipped kitchen and the beds from the two bedrooms upstairs where very comfortable. We definitely gonna come back.

We had a fantastic stay at Silvia’s place. The location was a bit far from the town, but it was easy to access for those using a car. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The space was clean and well-decorated, making it feel like home. Silvia was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to returning!
