Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Piana Calzata

A great apartment that’s close to most of the things you want to see in Palermo. Unfortunately, I wasn’t there long enough to see them all this time, but we hope to return. My family of four really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the elevator after all the walking!

Alloggia centralissimo, in un palazzo storico. Nonostante su una via centralissima con tantissime attività commerciali aperte fino a tardi insonorizzazione perfetta. Casa pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Giuseppe gentilissimo, ci ha accompagnato a fare il check in a casa nonostate fosse molto tardi. Ha permesso un check out posticipato che ci ha dato la possibilità di poter sfruttare al massimo il nostro ultimo giorno li. Consigliatissimo.

Ivana was great. Her place was very convenient to everything in the area. She stopped it very well so that when we got in late, we didn’t have to worry about not having coffee, toilet paper and everything else that we need right away I would give her a 10 if I could.

La casa ha tutti i comfort, non manca niente. Il bellissimo terrazzo si presta a piacevolissime serate in compagnia complice il bistrot sotto casa che ci ha fornito ottime pizze e leccornie siciliane. La zona è tranquilla e servita anche dai mezzi facilita di parcheggio. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Pinas Unterkunft ist bezaubernd. In der dritten Etage gelegen, deren durchaus steile Treppe wir mit Hilfe von Giuseppinas Sohn bewältigt haben, der einen ziemlich schweren Koffer für uns nach oben getragen hat (nochmals herzlichen Dank dafür), haben wir die Wohnung, die Aufmerksamkeiten mit Rotwein und Bereitstellung von Frühstückszutaten, das mitten in Cefalu-Sein sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Strasse und dennoch zentral. Es ist alles vorhanden,, um eine gute Zeit in Cefalu zu verbringen. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.

This was my first visit to Palermo so I wanted to be in the historic district. This place is a fantastic location & feels like home away from home. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching a sea of people pass by. Tour groups galore! Livia was very informative & went out of her way to help. What I found out was that the businesses downstairs are open until late, there’s no concept of keeping voices down after midnight. At 2 a.m. with vigor, the restaurant staff pull down their shutters, & apart from ambulances & local police sirens, & a few drifters, it’s relatively quiet. 😂 Then at 7 a.m the construction crews kick off & of course Livia provides ear plugs.. Bring your own! Everything is at your doorstep! & it is a beautiful space! Livia was very flexible about our check in time & luggage storage. Grazie mille Livia!

We stayed here for two weeks and loved it! The apartment is very spacious and elegant. The location is excellent—within walking distance to everything the old city has to offer, including many historical tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes, etc. The owner and hosts are responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Irene’s apartment felt really special and was in a great part of Palermo - central but not in the hustle and bustle. It had great cafes near by and was walkable to every major tourist attraction. I would definitely recommend this apartment to couples visiting Palermo and I would love to stay again myself. Thank you Irene!

Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

We stayed for four weeks in march. We had a great time, we fell in love with the place and their lovely dog Fiocco who is very sweet, also to children. Therèse and Viviana were very kind and helpful when we had questions. The house is situated in the middle of a large lemon grove and a daily stroll to the sea (it's a pebble beach) is greatly recommended. The nearby village San Stefano di Camastra is great for an ice cream and a coffee. We expected more hikes to be near, as it is located right next to Nebrodi but finding and reaching hotspots (hiking or otherwise) was ultimately harder than expected. We encountered this across Sicily though and is not related to the house itself. Our children loved to roam around the premises and find their own little adventures. All in all, we had a great relaxed stay and felt in tune with rural Sicily.

We absolutely loved our time in Cefalu. Antonio’s place was perfect! It was so cozy with an amazing view of the sea. But the best part was the central downtown location and walk ability to the heart of Cefalu. Thank you!

Mieszkanie jest dobrze zlokalizowane, parking pod drzwiami, wiele sklepów. Margherita to ciepła, uśmiechnięta, sympatyczna osoba, przyniosła nam mały słodki prezent, który był bardzo sympatyczny 🧡 Łóżka wygodne, miejsca dużo, czysta łazienka, bardzo dobrej jakości pralka i suszarka, oraz plus za środki do prania! W kuchni znaleźliśmy wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Spędziliśmy miło czas. Dziękujemy i będziemy polecać :)

From the moment you drive into the parking area you feel very lucky. The outdoor space is well designed with multi areas to sit and relax. The outdoor kitchen is easy to work in and lets you enjoy the area. There are three lemon trees which you can enjoy a fresh lemon whenever you want. The inside is ever comfortable and the beds are comfortable and linens are crisp and white. You are in walking distance to stores with fresh fruit and a grocery store that lacks nothing. I highly recommend this location for a week or more holiday.

Sabrina and her husband (Simone) were great hosts! Very friendly and communication from check-in to check-out was excellent. The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

Very modern and spacious apartment. Bathrooms were fresh, bedrooms hade tons of space, comfortable beds and nice living room with a large TV. Lots of local restaurants nearby, very close to Lumsa University where we had our course, and only 10 minute walk from the Massimo Theater and the sightseeing and tourist streets. The host was extremely kind, quick to respond and even let us check out late on our departure date. Can wholeheartedly recommend!

Massimo is a fantastic host, very friendly, very responsive, very considerate. He offered great advice as well as background information around Palermo and Sicily, and even offered pickup and drop-off at the airport. I stayed for four weeks and wasn't homesick for even a second. The flat is very well located with a local supermarket almost next door, several good bakeries, cafés and restaurants in short walking distance, and a 20 minute walk to the old city centre. I hope to be back soon.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Le logement est très spacieux ! La vue sur le balcon est incroyable surtout au moment du coucher du soleil ! L'hôte est de très bon conseil pour les visites et commerces. Très bonne adresse !

Maria is a wonderful host, and she made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived at her place. Her local recommendation is fun and interesting. Her place is very clean, new and centrally located. You can walk anywhere in the city. I would love to stay at her place again and I highly recommend anyone to stay at her place!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful flat. It is better than the photos. The roof terrace is absolutely amazing. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated - we could have stayed a month! Cefalu is gorgeous - there are tourists of course but it feels like a place Italians are also living - not like being in a place just for tourists. The location of the flat could not be better - short walk to beach and close to the main square and shopping street. Not far from train station either.

A beautiful apartment in a fabulous city! The location is excellent, with many restaurants and interesting sites easily walkable. The apartment combines historical charm and modern amenities. Communication with host was friendly and always helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement situé dans un quartier à 20 minutes à pieds du centre historique, rénové récemment, des bouteilles d'eau fraîches dans le réfrigérateur nous attendaient ainsi que du café, du thé et des gâteaux mis à disposition

beautiful house, wonderful space, Close to the beach and wonderful view. it was early. spring and the weather was cold-ish and the house has a very good heater. also AC in all rooms. lots of beautiful books and magazines about art, Sciacca town, sicily in the living room. also great recommendations where to eat. kitchen is super well equipped and we felt really at home cooking for the family. the only thing that hat it is not mentioned in the description of the apartment is that the place is a house divided in 4 apartments. one of the rooms has an exit door and windows directly to the entrance and patio of one of the apartments. so when people are there and talking normal, there is no isolation to the sounds coming from outside. same to the apartment above, someone was cleaning up there in the evening and it was very hearable. there is no ceiling lamp in most of the rooms and at night the light is low. all for all we had a lovely time and loved our stay.
