We are 2 retired people in a very spacious apartment with 2 balconies overlooking the street- very central for all amenities and local attractions of Palermo- Would highly recommend.

Very warm welcome from Francesco, with many touches for our well-being (large fruit bowl, Musli, water, milk, wine, coffee, tea, rolls, brioche, etc.). Lots of tips for choosing restaurants, with a map of Cefalù to help. Spacious apartment with several sunny balconies, close to the city center within walking distance for those who like a little elevation (we are in Sicily!). Very well equipped apartment, very good bedding. Private parking.

Charming appartment in a very central area of Palermo. At first sight the neighborhood might seem a bit raw or even ‘unsafe’, but it is just how Palermo is. No fancy streets or gold plated facades, but plain and vivid. Marco’s appartement is at walking distance of various major attractions (Palazzo dei Normanni at 3 min walk), so for the four of us (two adults + two kids) a good spot to explore the city for a few days. Marco was very responsive (always reacted within minutes) and we can recommend the appartment to anyone!

Gorgeous property in a beautiful, peaceful setting. Flo is the most fabulous host, providing wonderful information before arrival (including a video to help find the property and how to check in) and sent recommendations for restaurants. Unfortunately we weren’t able to use the kayak/paddleboards as we missed the day when the sea was calm, but we instead went into the mountains (reached within a couple of minutes) and did a quad bike tour which was fun. Would love to return !

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

The place looks warm, cozy with all amenities and very clean! The host is very welcomed and recommended us what to see in Terrasini and around! We had a great stay there and definitely we want to come back!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Very good accommodation with friendly and accommodating hosts. Salvatore greeted us well when we arrived late on Easter evening. Clean and fresh in the apartment and there was all the equipment we needed. Amazing views of the ocean and walking distance down to town. We can highly recommend this home.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Very clean and tidy house. Everything new and super comfortable. Luca took care to write to us every day, very helpful and serious, although we didn't need anything. The area is convenient to amenities and the sea. We will definitely be back

Silvio is a great host and was open to all questions and always available. The location of the apartment is unique. The kitchen is small but sufficient. By public transport it is easy to reach the somewhat more distant sights or the beach. Palermo is definitely worth a trip.

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. Plus, there's private parking under the house, proximity to the city's attractions, and a beautiful view of the mountains. We'll definitely want to come back someday:)
