Fully renovated 3-bedroom water villa with unobstructed views over water and nature reserve. Equipped with a pellet stove (fireplace), large terrace, dock, and small swimming pool (May–September). Right on the open water and connected to the IJsselmeer – an ideal fishing spot from the jetty; fishing from the boat is also possible. Free use of red boat with electric motor, canoe (3-person), and paddleboard. - Use of the swimming pool and boats is at your own risk. High chair and stair gate (downstairs) at your own risk.

This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has beautiful views over the countryside, is right on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door, you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway, you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom next to it. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Apartment 't Achterdijkje

't Achterdijkje is a centrally located apartment in the authentic fishing village of 'Makkum'. The view of the sea dike and the masts of the ships in the harbor makes it the perfect location for rest and relaxation. From the front door, you can walk up the dike and have a view of the IJsselmeer and the port of Makkum. Fancy more life in the brewery? At about 200 meters is the center of Makkum and at about 2.5 km the beach with restaurants, shops and a top location for windsurfing!

This beautiful house right on the dike can accommodate up to 6 people. The centerpiece is the spacious terrace with its breathtaking view of the IJsselmeer. Whether spending time in the sun or watching the numerous surfers, sailing boats or water birds. Everyone really gets their money's worth here. The house was furnished with a lot of love to a high standard. Appliances such as a Bora hob and a Quooker hot water tap were installed in the kitchen. We look forward to seeing you.

The house is located directly on open water and has a large veranda. With the village and beach within cycling distance, this is a wonderful place to recharge.

This beautiful building has been completely restored in 2024/2025. This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated and is located in the heart of Workum overlooking the harbor and the large church. All the shops, restaurants and museums are in walking distance . One of the most beautiful city squares of Friesland "De Merk" just a stone's throw away.
