The Balcony is a small villa in a quiet street with lots of ancient French villas, full of trees and flowers as well. Staff is very responsive, polite and friendly. The homestay itself is little hidden gem that’s close to the center. It is cleanest homestay we’ve been to. Its layout and setup make us feel just like home. We will definitely come back. The breakfast area has great view with abundant morning sunshine, such a perfect way to start a new day. The only concern is that there is 2 steep slopes to get to the homestay. If you take uber/grab/taxi, they should be able to drive to you to the front gate. But we were leaving to Nha Trang by a transport company and they could only pick us up from the Main Street. It was quite a walk uphill to bring all of our luggages up. Otherwise, everything about this place is perfect! Highly recommended.

The room was decorated very pretty and had a nice scent. Hosts have thoughtful furniture investment that is both aesthetically pleasing and well used. The TV with Netflix, Youtube... is very suitable for people who love traveling "lazy" like me. The room is located in a very beautiful house, right on the corner of the street is extremely poetic in the soul of Da Lat. The house is close to the center of tp but very quiet and pleasant. The ground floor is a pretty chill cafe and many "virtual living" corners. The short-haired staff is very nice and enthusiastic to take care of the guests. This is a great choice. Highly recommend!!!

We loved our stay hete, it was modern and clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, they even arranged a to go Breakfast as we had to leave for the airport at 5am! The affogato from the cafe downstairs was a delicious little treat. We would definitely stay again 😀

I've been to Dalat multiple times and this is by far the most satisfying stay. Beautiful room with lots of space and light (the tea table was a lovely bonus), and yes, comfy bed. Every touch felt thoughtful and well designed. Breakfasts were delicious, and the hostess was kind enough to treat us with their yummy homemade dessert. I'll definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Phuong Quynh’s place! The property is exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. It’s located on a very private and peaceful street, which was perfect for some quiet downtime. While it is a bit of a walk (about 20 minutes) to reach the main area of Da Lat, I didn’t mind the stroll, and taxis are easily accessible if needed. The complimentary breakfast was a lovely touch—it included one dish made fresh in their kitchen by sweet and welcoming locals, which added a nice personal touch to the experience. Overall, my stay was pleasant and peaceful. As a solo traveler, I also felt very safe, which is always a top priority for me. If you’re looking for a serene spot with a bit of distance from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Supperior with Balcony in the central of Dalat

Great little spot close to everything. The only downside was the construction noise that went late into the night and there is no way to close the balcony door to block some of the noise (just a screen). Mike in the coffee shop was very helpful in getting taxis, recommending restaurants and setting up a tour for us. Overall I recommend the place, but also recommend earplugs.
