Vacation rentals with beach access in Phường 22

I felt this was a great choice to stay. The apartment is very homely and tidy. There is a balcony to sit on (one chair) and has a very nice washing machine with space to hang clothes to dry above the machine. The apartment is near the top floor so has great views of the area. There is a kitchen is spacious and there is a modern fridge/freezer. The host was responsive to my messages, was flexible with the check-in time, and personally met me to show me how to get into the apartment which was very helpful.

We had a very comfortable stay! The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It felt cozy and peaceful, and it was large enough to comfortably accommodate all five of us adults. The location is excellent, situated in a great district 1, close to all the main tourist attractions. We could easily reach most places within 10 to 15 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

clean and convenient place to stay for Grand Park

Absolutely breathtaking! This 2-bedroom apartment offers one of the highest views in the city — from the balcony, the entire skyline stretches out before your eyes. During the day, you can see the river winding through the city, buildings rising like a miniature model, and on a clear day, the horizon seems endless. At night, the city lights sparkle like stars, making it feel like you're floating above it all. It honestly feels like looking down from an airplane. The view alone is worth the stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-week stay at Vinhome Grand Park, a peaceful neighborhood, in the early stages of growth, far from the tumultuous city of Saigon. Very safe and clean. Buildings from 24 to 34 floors, with all amenities. Pools, gym, super modern shopping mall. Free bus tour around (Vinbus). Route to get to Ho Chi Minh, 7,000 Dong. Close to restaurants and amenities, very affordable price. Well-equipped apartment, plenty of storage space. We were located on the 12th floor. Very easy communication with the host. The only drawback (for us) was that the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable.

Stayed for a week. It is far from the city but I already knew that and there’s lots of restaurants and a cool mall nearby. The condo is clean and comfortable. There is no hot water in the shower but it’s my fault for not paying that much attention to the listing. Not a deal breaker since I hear cold showers are good for you, although admittedly I still prefer hot showers. Over all the place was great and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this place if you are coming to district 9 and want to experience vinhomes. Thank you

we had an amazing experience staying in this beautiful 2-bedroom modern condo. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The hosts went above and beyond by gifting us a lovely selection of fresh fruits as a thoughtful welcome gesture – such a nice touch! The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a sleek modern aesthetic. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. What truly made our stay special was the hosts. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions we had. They even provided fantastic recommendations for food spots and places to visit in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable. It was clear they truly care about their guests' experience

Staying in an two bedroom apartment in Landmark 6 in Binh Thanh was very convenient, the Vinhome Landmark complexes are a good area to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. With the new MRT only a short walk to Tan Cang Station so easy to get around. The apartment had two bathroom, great kitchen, good washing machine. Very comfortable and had everything you need, internet speed was good.

The hostess is very funny and kind, helping our house a lot. I have a young child, so I would like to check in early so that she will take a lunch break. Then the day she returned to sleep soon, she also took the initiative to say that the family kept staying more and woke up and returned. Really thank you and your family for providing a comfortable and clean place. The price is super cheap for visiting my family's urban area.

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

I had a great stay at the place! The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth and well-organized. Anna was also very responsive and kind throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

Amazing place and nearby area. I’d definitely stay there again. It’s about an hour from District 1 so that might be a concern if you have limited time to see things, but it’s a superb stay for anything a bit longer since you have almost anything you’d need within a 5-10 minute walk. There’s also a free bus that can take you into the city. David was a flexible and helpful host as well.
