This was a nicely designed, clean, modern, spacious room with kitchenette. The front door is on a very small quiet street off of a very busy street. We liked the small/quiet neighborhood nearby that has good coffee shops and restaurants. The hosts had a guidebook that provided some good suggestions for restaurants and services. We would definitely stay here again.

The room is good, it is not far from the sightseeing spots, so it is easy to go anywhere.The host was also very responsive, there was an open-air swimming pool, and it was nice to go to the night at night.Property security gated has everything and is safe and would recommend it.

We were a group of 6 and we had a great stay! The host was extremely responsive and helped me find a bike store before checking in, gave advice on biking in Ho Chi Minh among other things. The aircon wasn't working and they fixed it immediately and it didn't get in our way of our agenda. I requested for 2 more coffee pods as there were only 4 so they offered to top up or buy us coffee at the restaurant in the building. Building has a great pool, coworking/restaurant space, mani/pedi spa etc. we've been saying we should come back and stay here for the weekend to chill.

We had a great stay at Linh Dan's apratment. It is in a great location, and relatively close to everything. They were always quick to respond to requests and communications and were overall perfect hosts. It was wonderful to have water in the fridge and shower gel in the bathroom. I highly reccommend Dream Apartment to any traveler, you will not be disappointed! They even continued to communicate with us after our stay to make sure we arrived home alright. Thank you so much!!!
