Private house with river view & rooftop terrace

The private house is near by the perfume river and you can see it when lie down on the bed. It is on the main road in the centre so easy for you moving by walk, car... is ok. It is close to the Citadel, The Dong Ba market( biggest and oldest market in Hue) and super market, It take about 3 minutes by walk to that places. The ATM is outside, you can drawn maximum 2.000.000 vnd/times but you can drawn it anytime. It is same charge with the bank. And last one is me! I'm very helpful and welcome.

I couldn’t recommend Tam Homestay enough! It’s perfectly located near lots of restaurants and the Imperial City is walkable or Chuong offers a scooter rental service. He gave local recommendations which I really appreciated. The room is beautiful and spacious. It was very clean and had everything I needed. I felt very welcomed and was offered tea when I arrived. I would come back and stay here in a heartbeat.

The room is quite small, but it’s really pretty, just like the photos! It has a cosy feel and a Vietnamese vibe, love the warm lighting of the house. There are three rooms in the house, and we shared the same kitchen and dining table, which was actually quite fun, it felt a bit like having housemates. There are a couple of things I didn’t love. First, the entry system is a bit inconvenient, the whole house shares one key, and your room card is also used to open the second gate, which can get confusing or tricky to manage. Second, the trash bin in the room is very small, which isn’t super practical if you’re staying more than a night or two. Overall, still a nice stay if you’re looking for something cosy and local!

One of the best hotel service I had. The receptionists were respectful, warm, and welcoming. The location is very good, not too far away from the tourist attractions but not in it as well. This provided a nice calm place and not too far away from the nightlife. Would absolutely stay here again.

best homestay we've had in vietnam!! everything was absolutely perfect, we initially only reserved for one night, but extended our stay to 3 nights 🤩 the hosts were super kind, they gave us recommendations for every day and helped us a lot - from booking our tours to helping plan our itinerary. our favourite part: they make the best banana pancakes and mango smoothies we've had!! it was perfect to enjoy this fresh breakfast on the garden every morning! the dogs lucky & titi were the cutest and so well behaved, we definitely recommended this homestay and we will for sure be back very soon
