좋은 숙소였습니다. 각방과 1,2층 거실에도 설치되어 있는 에어컨, 따듯한 물이 나오는게 좋았습니다. 덕분에 짧은 일정 좋은 추억 쌓고 갑니다.

이곳과 이 곳의 호스트는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 주변안내부터 시설 모든것이 깨끗하고 마음에들었습니다

수영장이 좋으며 매일 청소를 해주는 것도 좋았습니다. 사생활이 보장되고 윗층에는 엘레베이터를 타니고 다닐 수 있어서 편리했습니다. 호스트의 응답은 빠르고 친절해서 문의사항들을 빠르게 처리할 수 있었습니다.

Chị chủ nhà thân thiện và dễ thương lắm, luôn phản hồi rất nhanh để hỗ trợ mình. Mình có thể chủ động nhận và trả phòng rất dễ dàng và linh hoạt mà không cần phải gặp chủ nhà luôn. Đồ nấu bếp khá đầy đủ, tiện cho gia đình có bé nhỏ như mình khi cần nấu cho bé ăn đồ riêng. Các bạn nếu cần lưu trú tại vin quận 9 hãy cân nhắc căn hộ này nha, rất chi là ổn áp!!

주변이 시끄럽지 않고 매우 조용합니다. 단체 여행에 매우 좋은 숙소 숙소의 컨디션은 매우 훌륭하며 호스트의 친절하고 신속한응대로 편안히 여행을 즐길 수 있었습니다.

Great place dor a quick trip. Spacious room, clean bathroom, got all the amenities we needed. Our room is the entire Mezzanine floor, which comes with its pros and cons. We liked the pros thus far, no complaint.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The apartment is conveniently located at Bui Vien Walking Street, which has bars with live bands and plenty of food options. It is also a +/-10 minute walk away from other attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square. The room itself was really comfortable and clean. Lyn was a lovely host who was always responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this listing!

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

Linh’s place was a great stay for my friends and I who were staying in Saigon to explore the city. Because we were located in District 1, all the Grab times were super short. This place fit the three of us very comfortably and Linh was responsive to our needs as well as super kind and friendly. The Airbnb is a bit tucked away from the main street but all the check in instructions were very clear and wasn’t really a problem. To all future travelers staying here, have a great time and eat well in Saigon!

Gutes nettes Wohnung

호스트가 밤늦은 시간에 체크인하는중에 연락했는데도 너무나 친철하게 안내해주어서 불편함이 전혀 없었음. 집도 너무 청결하고 용품들이 잘 준비되어 있었고 부이비엔까지 도보 5분안에 갈수 있음. 타운하우스가 넓어서 생활하기 편하였고 1층에 식당에 무척 잘 되어있음.

Mình có trải nghiệm rất tốt khi ở căn này. Mức giá hợp lý, chủ nhà luôn phản hồi rất nhanh, không gian đẹp, xung quanh nhiều tiện ích.
