I had an absolutely amazing stay here! The place was spotless — everything was incredibly clean and well-maintained. I especially loved the bathrooms and bedrooms — they were comfortable, stylish, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The highlight for me was the balcony; the view was stunning and made for the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, a fantastic experience and one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Highly recommended!

It was nice that it was clean and quiet. One thing that was unfortunate was that I didn't know how to use it, but it was unfortunate that there was no dryer.

Fantastic views of the river, easy access to all of HCM. Great homebase! The hosts were kind and had a couple rosettes and even held our luggage for us as we walked transitioned between a couple of their rentals.

This apartment is absolutely perfect. All the equipment is working and the flat is clean and well decorated. Access is very easy and the pool is also very nice 😊

One of the best places to stay in Ho Chi Minh! Great price, I would recommend to everyone. The place felt very luxurious and out of a movie, and the bed was superior. It was better than any bed I’ve ever slept in. The gym and pool on the rooftop were perfect, with a beautiful view. Would definitely recommend the cafe on the corner -Madison cafe. Sadly I only stayed for 1 night. Host responded within 5min every time!

The location could not have been better—right in the heart of the city and walking distance to all the top attractions you’d want to visit. The Airbnb itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight and a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here for a few days while working online and it was exactly what I needed. The wifi was super fast, around 800 Mbps, which made video calls and uploads smooth and reliable. The apartment was bright, quiet during the day, and had a solid table to work from. Having a kitchen and in-unit laundry made everything feel easy and comfortable. Tony and Bella were very helpful and quick to respond whenever I had a question, and they also gave some great recommendations for places to relax or go out after work. I’d happily stay here again.

Beautiful apartment that we stayed in for two nights. Was very comfortable and host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Additionally it was walking distance to many cafes and restaurants we had planned to visit.

Luxury apartment with stunning views of the river and city, the apartment is clean, everyone has their own room, there is a self-opening toilet and a drying room, split system in each room. As disadvantages, there was no tea, coffee and sugar, it would be a plus overall ☺️ we were satisfied, we give 5 out of 5

Great place, view, location, modern, spacious, clean, and no bugs. However, the AC leaks a bit of water when running for a while, so don't put your laptop under the AC ventilation to be safe.

Very friendly host, will solve problems immediately, the place of the house is very quiet and safe, the room is fully equipped, the only disadvantage is that the convenience store is far away.

Met expectations, great place to stay for our Vietnam trip

Kim’s home was the most beautiful and relaxing place I have stayed in. We was made to feel so welcome with our late check in and our late check out. The home itself was absolutely beautiful very clean and a lot of brilliant extras they have put in aswell, I really recommend this property to anyone who loves the city however likes to be nice and peaceful 🫶🏼 Kim I will be returning! 🤍
