Nice appartmemt with everything you need during your stay. The backyard is perfect if you are on vacation with kids - like in our case - as they have some space to play around.

It was nice to be able to walk to the public hot baths spot (where there is a changing cubicle), we found the old Roman 'Sulla's cave', and walked around the town; there are lovely views over to the mainland from the the seaside walk and lovely sunsets from the flat balcony. The flat is nice, roomy and comfortable.

The apartment was very clean with new furniture. Vasilis was always available. A nice place for all the year.

Dimitris was an amazing host! Super responsive, nice, and helpful. The location is great, you have a private beach when the restaurant is closed, and a great restaurant for dinners (we ate there every night). It's as close to the water as can get. It's worth mentioning that the apartment is older than the impression we got from the photos, and that there's an AC only in the entrance hallway. We didn't mind, the provided fans were enough. Overall our vecation wouldn't look the same if we stayed elsewhere, and we would love to come back in the future!

We have just got back from a fabulous time in Skiathos.. we were there for 9 days and stayed at Depi’s View House.. the house is very elevated, giving you the best view of the harbour.. whilst sat on the gorgeous terrace.. but this also means to reach it there are alot of steps and slopes… we didn’t mind this at all.. but if you are not very mobile it’s not for you! The place is immaculate with patio doors from the main bedroom and the living area.. leading on to the terrace.. it’s very spacious and well equipped, even has a small washer.. we would definitely revisit. Maria is a fabulous host, any questions we had were answered promptly..

We had a great time in a thoughtful space that provided us with everything and with very hospitable owners. He was always there for what we needed, always discreet and we made beautiful company. The common yard we had with our neighbors, brought us together, spending nice nights together there; we would go happily again for our vacation there!

Dimitris' place is full of charm located in the heart of the garden planted with citrus fruits...and in addition the location guarantees you a fabulous sunset to admire to your choice: either from the beach at the end of the garden! ...or from the private terrace!... what more ...we spent 3 magnificent evenings that allowed us to explore the Pelion and enjoy the small village of Afissos and its amenities easily accessible on foot from the house... Dimitris is also a very nice host and very attentive speaking French!..a carresse also to the dog of the house Stella***;) ...if we have the possibility, we will definitely be back!!!

“Great” sounds a little to describe the space. From the best stays we've ever stayed, and at this price level,definitely the best. Spotless and very beautiful. The photos don't do it justice, it's actually much better. The friendly, courteous but very discreet host has organized the space in every detail and has provided for every need. In every corner of the space the day is overflowing and the organization is very visible. More generally the feeling that leaves you in two words is that someone very yours, left you the keys to their house to stay some days. The location is beautiful and the access is very easy. Great in every way. It's one of the homes you leave and you're sure you'll be back at the first opportunity

Stunning house with traditional architecture, best terrace view we've ever had (quiet pagasitic gulf with mountains, olive trees and picturesque sunsets) and most of all: first class service from Andreas and Aurora who manage guest related wishes at the place in Krassys name. For example: the first day I crashed our rental car into a fence next village and Andreas managed all the police communication for me and went several hours to two diffrent police stations with me... thanks for your great hospitality! any time again!

We had an unforgettable vacation in Kostas' house in the best October weather. The direct location by the sea and the incredibly beautiful view, the good amenities of the house and the entire ambience ensured a perfect vacation. The house was very clean and we didn't miss anything. It is spacious, nicely decorated and very well equipped. We especially liked the pool and the barbecue corner with stone oven. Communication with Kostas was always very nice. He gave us many great tips. One of the best places we've ever stayed. We will be happy to come back and look forward to next time.

Very nice place in the center of the old city

Clean space, with a very beautiful outdoor space, which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy due to the weather during the time we went. Ideal for family and children. Fantastic destination for accommodation during summer months. Immediate and extraordinarily helpful communication. I highly recommend it.

We chose this place due to its proximity to the port area as we were leaving early 9n the last day also, the restaurant and bar area were within walking distance. The property is well maintained we were provided clear instructions of where to meet the host who then walked us through the apartment. All the amenities were there as described, would recommend to those who are looking for a place close to the pet and bar / restaurant area.

The house was incredible, spotless warm as soon as we entered it had heating on because we turned off December to go, the spaces were awesome the hospitality incredible and honestly even though I expected that there would not be so much communication with the host's team, he denied me because he was 24/7 communicating with us about any thing, and besides that he not only communicated many times to us in the answers before we even asked about things. So another point there about the service and help they gave us.

Beautifully decorated accommodation, very functional, very quiet with a nice view of the sea and the Peloponnese mountains. I would highly recommend.

The place is great and Panayiotis provided everything you need! We didn't miss anything! The location is very good by the sea and on foot you can do as you want in a few minutes. Everything was flawless, I highly recommend it!

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

Great few days spent here. Everything was perfect, location is unbeatable. Right in front of the beach and good restaurants. Very private apparement with everything you could possibly need. We definitely book for a longer stay!
