Vacation rentals with breakfast in Phthiotis

Excellent place! We stayed 3 weeks in John's house and we enjoyed our stay there very much. The house was clean and spacious. There was a good air conditioning in every room. The kitchen was very comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped. There were much more things there than it was described in the listing. I was very happy to find out that there were a microwave and a kettle as I used them a lot. We appreciated that the Wi-Fi was very good. We enjoyed so much having breakfast/lunch/dinner on the balcony and watching the sea and the beautiful sight of the mountains across the Corinthian gulf. The place is really peaceful and private, and it is great for relaxation. The beach is just in front. Another thing that was exceptional for us was the area around the house. The region is lovely. Wine yards, olive trees gardens and other beauties like these. You have no idea how amazing the smell of drying grapes is! We want to come back! John is a great host, very responsive and attentive.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is super spacious and Panos has truly thought of every detail — from tea and three types of coffee to eggs, Netflix, and even shower shoes. It had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

Our stay at the Tower was as expected! The house was excellent, very thoughtful, clean and warm, with many amenities. It had a very beautiful view and was perfect for relaxing. Our friendly hosts greeted us and our pets as well! They gave us all the information we needed. The village is very beautiful and around there are many hiking trails with beautiful nature! We would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again!

Mr Vaggelis is the embodiment of what we call Greek hospitality. Open-hearted and helping from the beginning, he made us feel like home by providing us with everything we would need for our stay. The 10 of us had an amazing trip and we would highly recommend the property and the host for your stay.

Extremely pleasant and friendly hosts. They literally open their home to you as the space is an entire house next to what they live and make you feel at home. We did not meet Kostis who helped us with coordinates to find exactly the location of the house as it is in a village, but we were greeted by his parents. Cheerful, communicative but at the same time discreet, willing to offer us or help with what we needed, we were completely happy and thank them very much! The house is a single-family home that comfortably fits 4 people in the available beds, but also 5-6 are comfortable.

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

Everything was amazing!!! The housekeeper Gabriela was excellent and very very friendly, Greek hospitality at its best. The house was very comfortable and we felt it like ours. Gabriela was one of the best professional housekeeper we have ever met. We definitely going to revisit the place and stay at the same house. We strongly recommend it …!

The space is perfect for families, clean and equipped. It is close to the square, 2 min walk, where there are taverns and cafes, bakeries and a playground. Niki is sweet and available.

Great space perfectly in harmony with the enchanting natural landscape. There is a unique view of the mountains and the ravine. The point is central, with easy access to the shops and services. We would definitely choose it again for our stay in beautiful Arachova! Thank you🙏

This was my third time staying at this property, and once again, it was a fantastic experience! This apartment is more spacious, making the stay even more comfortable. I was especially impressed with the recent upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom – they were beautifully renovated and added to the overall convenience and modern feel of the place. As always, everything was spotless, and the stay was peaceful. Looking forward to my next visit!

Super host-great area!

My family is from this region of Greece, in fact my father grew up less than 10 miles away, and I can say definitely that staying with Dimos is the most relaxing ways to visit this beautiful region of the Peloponnese that our family holds so dear. They have an excellent ocean side home with some of the most thoughtful and comforting flats I've seen on Airbnb. Our family stayed in two different apartments and were blown away by Dimos' attention to detail including a well stocked kitchen, plentiful firewood, and delicious home-crafted breakfasts made with produce raised around the corner. Dimos and his family really have created something special!

The location is very good if you want to reach the center on foot. Volos is anyway a city where you can walk to almost everything. Communication with the hostess was very fast, very friendly and if we are in the area again, I would like to book the apartment again.

Very clean and nice Hotel, nice and helpful staff. It was quite cold outside and they made much effort to set the air conditioning for heating. They were friendly and gave us advice where to eat etc. the view from the room was amazing.

Christina is a friendly host and her accommodation is in the city center. Restaurants nearby and museum only 10 minutes walk. Room has a great view on the valley and the sea. We will return
