Beachfront vacation rentals in Phthiotis

Benny was great at getting in touch and helping with questions before we traveled. On arrival, Benny had told us we would be met at the airport and given guidance on how to get to the property which all went smoothly. The property was in an amazing location, and was generally clean and tidy, with everything working. The property is fairly basic and functional , but we didn’t mind that. Some updates of beach chairs, and a few other tweaks wouldn’t go amiss. Benny’s advice about car hire and restaurants was extremely helpful. Both he and Mike were in touch during our stay to offer help if it was needed. On checking out, we couldn’t locate the bin area so didn’t quite know where to leave the rubbish. We would definitely consider coming back as overall, the balance of location, spec of the property and the price were spot on for our family holiday in late May. Many thanks to Benny, Mike and Jacques for their part in our wonderful family holiday.

The apartment is wonderful with every amenity you could hope for. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea which is only a few meters away. Maria is an amazing host, very sweet and hospitable and made us feel right at home. We had a wonderful time and can recommend both Chorto and Maria for anyone that wants to enjoy a peaceful vacation on the Greek seaside.

beautiful cottage. Fully equipped, from sunbeds to umbrellas. Beautiful view, all the space in the garden. Cake on arrival and a stocked fridge. Outdoor shower is wonderful. A few minutes away from restaurants. Sea in front of the door. In one word, great!

Had an absolutely wonderful time. Ελενη was extremely responsive, kind, and welcoming. Any issues we had were dealt with within minutes. The space was wonderful and left us wanting for nothing. It was only after arriving that we realized just how perfect the location was as well. Would recommend to anyone, including first time visitors to nafpaktos as we were.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is located right on the seafront, and waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was absolutely magical. Everything was clean and well-equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The yard is great – perfect for relaxing outdoors. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive. We were truly impressed and will definitely come back!

Perfect place for a family that needs piece and quiet during their holiday. The property is spotless and well maintained. Rania as a host is brilliant always caring about us and always going the extra mile in case something is needed. For our family is a blessing to be able to go back to this property every year during the summer and create some amazing memories. Highly recommended for families.

We had a perfect four days... It was exactly as she describes it and even better I would say... We felt at home and the Hostess was waiting for us with her smile and it was like we had known each other for years...The house is not missing absolutely anything until the last detail...The only sure thing is that we will go again....Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality..

When we arrived we felt that we had arrived in paradise - the place is immersed in green - fruit trees and a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains, visible from everywhere. Absolute quiet. Our room was completely private detached from the main structure, nicely decorated. Infinity pool - perfect. The food in the place is just superb especially we loved the homemade BBQ night, salads and jams.

From the get-go Donna has been available for questions, and support. And what a gem she has created in this little house/studio - the outdoor area is at least twice the size - all styled with the same impeccable taste. I would say we were lucky that at the end of September, the neighbourhood was rather deserted, so we had a lot of peace and quiet. Though we did not use the access to the sea at the bottom of the steps (we took the car to find some more easily accessible coves), we appreciated the plunge pool as a fantastic addition to the whole experience. The studio is just the right size, with a large window opening to the balcony, where you can see the sun rise from the bed. The kitchen nook has everything you need - and I have to mention the superb treats Donna left for us. The bathroom has a good size, sufficient storage room, and a window/daylight. All in all you feel Donna's passion in every little detail - thank you so much, we felt really welcome!

Perfect location with ocean view. Everything perfect. Other families while we have been there. Children were able to play. Very quiet place. Wonderful for relaxing and to find inner peace

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

Beautiful place, amazing views and great location!

It is a very nice place for two families, perfectly located near the sea. The house was fully equipped with all the accessories needed for families. There is a swimming pool in the premises for the kids as well. Everything in the neighborhood is accessible on foot (i.e. coffee, tavernas, sea). The Host was very kind and informed us for all the house facilities and the local points of interest. I fully recommend it for family vacations!

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

Delightful beachfront apartment, equipped with all comforts. It enjoys an enviable location practically on the sea, in front of a public and equipped beach. The host was immediately ready to intervene when we reached out to them for a difficulty. I highly recommend it especially if you are traveling with children. Exceptional! Thanks we will definitely be back!

A very good place to stay. They were quick to help with anything we needed.

A spacious and comfortable apartment, overlooking the sea and located amazing and conveniently near a small beach. A place we would be happy to come back to. The small fishing town is a living history with its traditional old houses. All this adds to the friendly attitude and help that Nikos offers unconditionally.

Villa Penelope was just what we needed. A very quiet space right on the water and very relaxing. We enjoyed morning swims, afternoon kayaking around the bay, and eating on the patio around the water. We generally spent the day outside. The outdoor shower was so nice after the morning swims. The weather for our stay was not too hot. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Another thing to note is that there were no neighbors on either side during our stay, enhancing the privacy and quiet. If you do have mobility challenges this is not the place for you. The stairs to the bedrooms are small and steep and the bathroom is very small. Penelope is a wonderful host. She had prepared a meal for us on our arrival, was very informative on the house and local area. She was very responsive to our follow up questions. A lovely person and a generous host.

It is a wonderful house, one of the best houses I have lived in, right on the beach, you have your own parking space inside the garden of the house with space for two cars, complete silence at night, stunning views in the early morning, the house is equipped with everything you need, there is a barbecue area, a children's play area, everything you need for a short or long visit, I highly recommend it, the host was very cooperative and responded to our messages quickly

I had an incredible stay in Greece! The accommodation was simply perfect — clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with stunning views. We had a wonderful week in this home. Everything was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen had coffee and everything we needed. Very close to the beach, cafes and restaurants. Souzana greeted us to show us how everything worked. She even had olives, and a fresh baked cake for us that was delicious! We enjoyed the living spaces inside and out. Also appreciated access to a laundry machine. We highly recommend a stay in this home.
