Amazing location with great views! I had a great stay here — the location is truly perfect, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The swimming pool was definitely a highlight, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend it to others visiting Chiang Mai!

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Really cute place with everything you might need in Chiang Mai. I liked the convenience of the location with the night market outside. No issues with sleeping for me as they provided ear plugs. Great responsive hosts who replied very quickly and attended to all my needs throughout the stay.

Friendly and prompt host, satisfied with the accommodation in the same condition as the photos. There is a kitchen, so it is the best accommodation for families!!

Great place to stay overall. Easy to access and there were parking lots available for cars. Walkable distance to nearby mall, night market, cafes and convenient store! The place is also safe to stay. The only issue i had was the noise of airplanes and heavy rain. If you are a light sleeper, this place is not recommended. Or else, overall is a good place to live!

I’ve been to Chiang Mai many times and this place was definitely my fave! The location is incredibly convenient as it’s right in the middle of Nimman, so you can walk everywhere (or easily call a Grab). The space itself was nice, stylish, and spacious. The building has a small gym and an outdoor pool, which was nice too. The only thing I wish was improved was the smell of sewage in the master bathroom. It gets pretty intense, but they did offer cleanings and someone came by to pour a solution down the drain that temporarily helped with the scent. Beer’s communication overall was great and I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

Nice stay overall. There are shops and big 7/11 on the opposite side, also KFC, milk tea, clinic etc. It is just 10min to the Airport and close distance to other places like Night Bazaar. I especially like the coffeshop on the right side of Condo entrance, good food for waiting to checkin 🥹 Host also flexible for checkin so really appreciate that. Next time will try the pool when i can clearly could not find time 🥲

Incredible place for what you pay.

Ae and Tony were great hosts and very helpful! The apartment is great, well-equipped and well-priced. The mattress is a bit hard / firm but this can be fairly standard in Thailand.

Very happy to stay at Astra Skyriver Apartment, very convenient to check in, safe to get around, 7/11 convenience store and KFC are nearby, the apartment management is perfect and very safe, the rooftop sky pool is also very satisfactory, will choose to stay again next time

the place is tastefully decorated and clean，the unit is a corner room so there is a lot of daylight our stay is perfectly comfortable as the host provides all the needed amenities thank you Chatthorn

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

We just really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment itself is super light because of the large windows and because it’s a corner apartment, so you have light from both sides of the building, which we really really loved. It has everything you need in the kitchen/ bathroom etc. Yes you do hear the airplane, but you hear that everywhere on this side of Chiang Mai and it’s not disturbing and we got used to it really quick. The location of the apartment is great, with lots of shops around. If the apartment was still available, we would’ve extended our stay so definitely recommend the place!

The place is great, just as it appears. We used the pool once and that was cool & refreshing. Across the street are some food spots plus there are some food stalls that were simple and affordable (had egg over rice one day, street sushi another day). A number of massage shops nearby and other resturants that were walkable. I also walked to the grocery store & night market; totally doable with sneakers (I'd likely take a tuk-tuk if I was just in flip flops as those were relatively inexpensive). The elephant reserve, organic cooking class were both tours I setup with a shop on-site at the building. The temple tour with ex-monk was one I found online that was well worth it. Enjoy!

Absolutely incredible stay! The rooftop pool, sauna, steam room, and gym were amazing extras that made this place feel like a luxury resort. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with fast and helpful responses. And the best part? The price was unbelievably affordable for everything that was included. Located next door to Shangri La Hotel, 7-11 is a minute walk away, and BigC is a 10-minute walk away.If you like Chiang Mai Night Bazaar, it's basically within 20 minutes on foot.It's half an hour from the walking street of the ancient city, but it's very convenient to get a taxi. The apartment is fully furnished and there is a gym and small swimming pool on the rooftop.Although the interior is not brand new, it is acceptable overall, and the hygiene is good. The small disadvantage is that the sound insulation of the hallway at the entrance is average, but fortunately, the two-room layout of the room does not affect the bedroom.And the windows of the opposite hotel are very close, so if you mind privacy issues, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time. Anyway, it's a great value for money.
