Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Phra Pradaeng District

My stay at PomPom Home was enjoyable. The hosts, Ton and Pom were incredibly accommodating and helpful with any questions I had throughout my month stay. The room itself was clean and comfortable and exactly like the description and with all the plants around the building, you feel at home straight away. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future. ☺️

Very reasonably priced and fantastic apartment. Centrally located and felt luxurious with all of the amenities. Sarah was also very communicative and a great host.

Отличное жилье и месторасположение, очень комфортный кондоминиум, бассейн выше всяких похвал. Недалеко ночной рынок и молл, внизу два магазина 7/11. В квартире есть все для комфортного пребывания. Хозяин очень отзывчивый всегда вовремя отвечает на все вопросы. Рекомендую. Five 🌟 🌟

1a, gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war eine sehr gut geeignete Basis für unsere Unternehmungen in Bangkok, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Ganz nahe findet man auch kleine Märkte, eine Foodstreet und viele Frühstücks-Möglichkeiten. Trotz der Lage an einer lebendigen Straße war es im 24. Stock nicht laut. Die AC funktioniert ganz sanft und beinahe unmerkbar leise, sehr angenehm. Dara war so freundlich und ließ unser Gepäck am Abreisetag unterstellen. Das war eine große Hilfe, da unsere Flüge erst spät Abends gingen.

The pluses of this place are many. I found it very easy to get there from the BTS station. We are walking, which is my preferred method of transportation. The room was clean the place perfectly comfortable . Nice shower facility. The biggest place for me is the pool . It’s big enough and deep enough to do laps in so I could get some good exercise every day in a gorgeous environment.. Two minor problems for me were , there was no microwave in the room, so I needed to take the elevator down to heat up my food. I could not, for the life of me figure out how to use the stovetop, but that might have been just me. These reminder inconveniences compared to the great place I stayed in.

Really amazing accommodation! The apartment is extremely comfortable and it has everything you need. Beautiful decor, AC and great windows that completely block any city noise. The building is also amazing, the pool area is as cool as many other paid rooftop bars around the city and they also have a restaurant, where we ended up having a great buffet breakfast everyday (paid). Hooray was a really great host too! Super helpful and proactive. He even let us borrow his sports equipment to make use of the building courts. Definitely where we’ll go when we come back to Bangkok! Highly recommend :)

私はトータル4ヶ月半この家に長期滞在していました。 空港のお迎えから、さまざまなサポートこの家のオーナーは、遊びにも誘ってくれたり、1人でタイに来ましたが、この4ヶ月半退屈せずに快適な暮らしができました。 とても親切で過ごしやすい家です。 日本人にとっても暮らしやすい環境だと思います。この家の滞在を凄くおすすめします！

Overall is good! But only challenge is the house is quite far distance from most restaurants and shops, not very convenient if the group with old people who can’t walk too much.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Jenny was quick to respond and clear in communication. We appreciated the nutritious breakfast that mar our experience more affordable. The place was spacious for our family. Thankful for a great place to stay and I would chose this place again if coming to Bangkok.

Beautiful house in nice neighbourhood with other similar properties near by. Neighbourhood is beautiful and upper class, area is private and quiet, walk to the main district where BIG C is and you have plenty of market foods, stalls and restaurants to choose from. We will definitely be coming back for another stay sometime. Thank you 🙏

The stay is located in a calm residential community of Bangkok well connected with metros and easy to find grab/bolt rides within minutes. It is really a cool place to be with family or friends. Most recommended for families as the stay has a cool setup engage kids less than 3 years old. Ms. ___ , host is really helpful and offers suggestions & volunteers to arrange transport if required. They also have a wonderful massage cafe which offers a great relaxing massages. If the stay is booked for 4 or more days they did offer a free massage which is fantastic. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone and will definitely comeback here whenever we visit thailand again.

This house is absolutely stunning. Chureerut's stay is complete with many aminities. I was travelling with my whole family (old parents) so big space with amenities is my go to especially my parents love to brisk walk in the morning and making their own coffee. This house is located at the end of the alley makes it so quiet but it is just a walking distance to go to coffee shops and 7e. All in all, we were so satisfied and would love to come back in the future. Thank you very much Chureerut.

風景視野非常棒躺在床上就可欣賞美麗風景，雖然在37樓，因為樓中樓原因感覺特別高，泳池與健身房雖然在5樓但風景也非常佳，有無邊境泳池 Motto的房間真是沒話說，乾淨整齊舒服，床很睡也給予多餘的枕頭與枕頭套，毛巾給的量也很充足，讓我住了6天毛巾浴巾都沒缺少過 洗衣機有烘乾功能，讓我買的新衣服可直接洗完自動烘乾無需再次晾曬，這對我愛買衣服的女生來說，真是超級棒的功能 在Motto的房源找不到一點缺點，真的下次去曼谷還會想再次入住

一开始我没有找到公寓的位置，房东还开车到711接我们，并送了我们小礼物。公寓是两房两厅两卫，非常适合一家人一起，每半小时有接驳车到BTS，还是挺方便的，就是公寓周边配套不全，超市餐厅都需要走或者打车，略有不便。

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

Had an amazing stay at Kiats place. The apartment has a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen. Kitchen had everything one would need for cooking and eating. Microwave, small electric stove, utensils, plates, cookware. There were also some basic cooking ingredients. In the living room there is a couch and a smart tv. Shower had a good water pressure and water. What stands out the most about this apartment is its location right next to bts Punnawhiti, green line which can take you to the centre in 20-30 minutes. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you Kiat for a wonderful stay.

Excellent location close to sn overpass that leads to the big mall. The place was spotless, modern and comfortable. Easy and clear check in instructions. Very responsive host. I highly recommend. Would stay here again.

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!
