Erica is a very good host, she answered all questions and solved all requests. The house is clean and overall nice. Not far from BTS On Nut, you can walk there. I had a great time here for a week and will stay here again next time.

The accommodation is exactly as described in the pictures, for two people is perfect. Is even possible to cook small meals. The swimming pool area is nice for relaxing!

Good place for traveling alone. Take a motorcycle taxi to BTS station. Seven-Eleven convenience store nearby. house was clean and nice to have a washing machine. but. There was some dust out of sight. In conclusion I was well rested. Thank you~

The check-in experience is very good, the host is very friendly and responsive to messages, there is a 711 downstairs, it is very convenient to buy daily necessities and eat.There are many restaurants to eat around the apartment, basically meet the needs of life.Daily necessities can also be purchased at Lotus supermarket, which is nice.From onnut BTS station, it is also very quick to get to downtown business district as well.

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

John is wonderful host! His response is really fast and kind. As this is brand new studio, so clean, so neat, every household items were new, and durable even tho there was an earthquake. There were fine restaurants by walk within 5 min, the location was wonderful too. I really want to visit this place again. Thank you John, it was wonderful time here.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

It was a place I stayed for Songkran, and the room condition was so good for the price that I liked it very much. The interior was spotlessly tidy, clean, and the staff was friendly. I would like to stay again if I visit Bangkok again next time.

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

The airport pickup worked smoothly and the check in was excellent. Alice apartment was very nice. It was clean and perfectly furnished. We found everything we needed. Washing machine, drying rack,iron, cupboard, coffee maker, kettle, everything was just there. The AC was well arranged and worked impeccably. We stayed there for 10 days and it was great for us. We couldn't use BTS because we couldn't figure out how to get tickets. We used the grave and were very satisfied. Thank you Alice for letting us use your apartment, we will be happy to come back.

It's a nice enough room in a mid-aged building (circa 1998). Stayed a couple of months. The room is not fancy but it's spacious, clean and has decent views (although the peeling, old tint on bedroom windows obscures that view). The pool is good for laps (bought my own deck chair as there are none) and gym is usable (most machines broken). Location not close to BTS trains but is a good local area. Room was good for its purpose and useful space for work-fron-home. A new sofa and some high chairs/small high round table, plants on the balcony would add some value. Was there for the earthquake, which was scary but the building held up!!

Amazing, very nice condo very clean

Our time here was fantastic. We were in a situation with another property that we needed a new place to stay quickly and they were happy to help us out. They were very quick to respond to messages and were so helpful with information. Wonderful hosts!

A very cute little flat with everything what you. Nice with a roof top pool with a view as well.
