Cương and his family are so kind and lovely. The room he provided was cute with a little windows to the rice field view. the heater mattress was a big plus for the cold weather in Sapa. We were lucky to be there in Tet holiday. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Ta van by walking!

By far my favourite place I have stayed in Viet Nam. The house was so homely, and Thanh & Trang were so welcoming, helpful and spoke perfect English, we loved getting to know them! I would have loved to have stayed longer. The vibe of the town was peaceful and stunning. Loved every minute. Thank you Thanh & Trang!!

Traditional Hmong house among rice fields

Is it possible to give more than five stars? Then Do's homestay would qualify. The sixth star would be for Do herself. What a fantastic hostess. She is there for you all day long, always cheerful and with a lot of humor. Together with her husband she provided delicious hot meals. The day trips that we made under her guidance were particularly beautiful. We got a close-up insight into the life of the Mong people. The homestay itself is simple, don't expect great luxury. Yet everything is there for a pleasant stay. The view from the terrace over the rice fields and the mountains is breathtaking. All in all, we can heartily recommend a stay at Do's homestay.

Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

Cinnamon eco lodge bungalow 2

We stayed 2 nights at Gioi's Cinnamon ecolodge, it was the best part of our 15 days in Vietnam ! Best food, best atmosphere and best human experience we have had in the country with Gioi and his family ! I'm highly recommending this place to anyone travelling to Vietnam, it's worth the drive even if you are in Hanoi or Sa Pa, simply the most authentic taste of rural vietnam you will find ! Thanks again Gioi for this truly amazing moments !

We had a beautiful and peaceful stay at May’s homestay with our two young children. The location is nestled in nature and offers a great escape from the city. May was incredibly warm, responsive, and helpful right from the time of booking—she patiently answered all our questions and made sure we felt welcomed and informed. The food was a highlight for us. We are vegan, and they went the extra mile to accommodate our dietary needs—even preparing delicious egg-free meals for our kids. The herbal bath and tour options looked very interesting, and we appreciated being able to discuss them in person before deciding. The room was cozy and just right for our family, and they provided extra mattresses as requested. A small suggestion for future guests—if you’re coming with a private taxi, make sure your driver has clear directions to the village, as the homestay is a little off the main route. Overall, we had a comfortable, authentic, and memorable experience in Sapa. Highly recommended for

Beautiful place right in the middle of rice fields surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. Host was very kind and helpful with everything. Trekking trails within walking distance. The place is in a very unique and beautiful location but not the most accessible roads. However, that is part of what makes the location so special. The host is very helpful at providing directions and can arrange for transport of luggage and guests on request. Home cooked meals to order are amazing as well!! I highly recommend and I to go back one day.

Mai is great host, from booking to checkout she was proactive and provided all instructions, she is always just message away, she arranged transportation and recommend places to visit in sapa. As mentioned in description place little far but if you want peaceful place away from city this is right place to stay, she prepared home cooked dinner and breakfast and it is very tasty. over all place is nice and Mai make sure your stay at sapa will be excellent

The place is peaceful and Tranquill. The host is very helpful. However the place is a bit walk from the main road. We didn't expect that. We went there during national day which is probably not the best time to visit Sapa. There's too much traffic the whole time. And we only had 3 days there. Anyways the home Stay is recommended.

Hosts were very accomodating and helpful. Our enquiries were always answered promptly which made our travel plans smooth. Arrangements for transport was also hassle-free. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a peaceful place away from the busy city/town. For cold nights, bed warmer and room warmer was a definite plus. Huge thanks to Sen for always ensuring everything was accounted for!

My stay at Indi House was truly special. Thanh and Chang’s homestay exudes a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The family dinners and breakfasts were incredibly delicious, and the presence of two dogs and a cat made me feel right at home. I had arrived very late at night, but Than was kind enough to let me in, which was a relief after a long and tiring day of travel. The village where Indi House is situated is charming and picturesque. I genuinely wish I had extended my stay at Indi House!

Accommodation far from Sapa, we went there from Sapa with a Grab, road difficult to access because under construction, it's better to know. But once you arrive there, very nice location in the middle of nature, rice fields. Few restaurants nearby, but dinner on site possible (fried rice or noodle) very good and comforting. Very friendly welcome, thank you 🙂

We loved staying at La Maison. We were well looked after by Sen and the housekeepers - everyone was so nice and helpful. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful wide verandah. We enjoyed exploring the town, eating at gorgeous restaurants, and exploring the neighbouring villages, the river and the bamboo forest. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Chill room with rice field and mountain view-SaPa

Coung was extremely friendly and always responded to our messages within a minute. The accommodation exceeded our expectations: You have a beautiful view of the river, the food was incredibly delicious (especially the spring rolls) and our cute little room had everything we needed. Coung and his family were always very friendly and helpful in organising taxis, scooters, the bus on departure and he also gave us tips when planning activities. Overall, the stay was one of our best on our trip through Vietnam and we would come back in a heartbeat.
