⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Unforgettable Stay – Do & Her Family Are Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment we arrived, Do, her husband, and their children made us feel incredibly welcome. While they don’t stay overnight, they join for dinner if you choose—and you should! For just 150k dong per person, we had the most delicious home-cooked meals. After dinner, Do and her family played fun games with us, including rice water drinking games, and we could play our own music on the speaker. We also had a blast playing darts with Do’s husband, but what stood out most was how Do quietly cleaned our shoes while we played—she truly goes above and beyond! Do gave fantastic recommendations, including a stunning waterfall. On our last day, she took us on a private tour to visit local tribes and tea fields, including transport, food, and water. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. If this what you’re looking for we definitely recommend you stay. Thank you Do & Family for a memory we won’t forget ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s in the centre of town but really quiet and tranquil. Lovely view of the mountains and main station. Really helpful at the reception with organising trips and advice on when it’s best to go up the mountain for visibility. The lodge was super clean and well laid out. Especially liked the electric blanket, much appreciated after a winter trek. We had a lovely time, thank you for hosting!

Cương and his family are so kind and lovely. The room he provided was cute with a little windows to the rice field view. the heater mattress was a big plus for the cold weather in Sapa. We were lucky to be there in Tet holiday. Thank you for hosting us! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to discover Ta van by walking!

Huyen’s home is far more than what we expected.. it definitely exceeded our expectations! EVERYTHING about the home is perfect. It is beautifully kept, so so so clean and tidy! It was spotless when we arrived. Mr River is absolutely amazing and so so helpful.. he cooked us so many delicious meals! The views are stunning and it is just so peaceful up there. Can not say enough good things about this stay. Only downfall is that we didn’t stay long enough! Thank you for having us Huyen & Mr River! We will be back one day ❤️

This place is like a cabin hotel lodging. You walk 2-3 minutes down the hill to the check in office. There is a huge garden below the check in office, cabins scattered around the garden next to each other. It’s quite beautiful. The cabin is actually quite spacious and comes with everything you need (besides a kitchen). Giang is an amazing host. She was responsive to us 24/7, prepared breakfast and dinner for us, helped arrange our transportation, did our laundry, basically anything we needed Giang could do. She is a great host. We had a great time, given that the only things out of her control (aka other guests) were the only thing we were not a fan of.

The place was exactly as the listing , incredible views and it was relaxing to stay here , not too much noise. The walk up and down the stairs is intense lol but not that bad . The airbnb is situated within walking distance of lots of spots literally in the hub and we had some incredible food

Absolutely beautiful view! This homestay is a bit away from Sapa city but it’s worth it. I had the Vietnamese dinner each night and it was delicious and a LOT of food! The room itself is ok. I found some dead bugs and two lizards in mine. Definitely make sure they give your room a good cleaning before you enter. Also bring cash as they don’t accept credit card payments.

So is a very friendly host! She even let us check in at 2 a.m. and always cooked fresh dinner for us! Very quiet and peaceful location. Perfect if you like to hike and relax in the nature! Only a few restaurants nearby but So offers a great menu - would recommend the Hotpot!

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay! The place was clean, cozy, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out was the receptionist Miss Moon and Miss Nhu were so caring and helpful throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was comfortable, gave great recommendations for places to visit, and were always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. I would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this place to others!

The place is peaceful. Outside it was a picturesque. You can see the mountain and the fields. For a large group like us, the place was perfect, we avoided the hustle and bustle of Sapa square. Our host (Jenny) was exceptional. She consistently provides high level of kindness and helpfulness. She arranged our sleeper bus from Hanoi to Sapa, find a limousine for us and consistently provide us with assistance. She’s sweet and very friendly. The place is highly recommended to guest who wants a peaceful and comfort of a home.

Cozy Bungalow Homestay in Sa Pa/Cat Cat Village

This Homestay is perfect for those trying to get out of busy sapa. It is a short walk from Cat Cat Tourist village (which is a bit overrated and very busy). The best thing about De’s homestay is the view from the rooms of Fansipan, amazing home cooked dinner and the trekking that De does. The trek took all day and was completly off the beaten track with a beautiful spot to swim and amazing views. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay and great trekking! Just remember to bring bug repellent!

We enjoyed our stay at joville hotel, Sapa. Elvy even helped us arrange taxi for us to the bus station. Great hospitality. Hotel with nice view with funicular passed by and walking distance to Sapa town with nice restaurant and local shop. definitely will come back stay here if have plan to Sapa!!

It’s an awesome place better than my expectations. I and my girlfriend enjoyed the place a lot. Especially the meals were greater than any restaurants in Sa Pa (we visited a couple of restaurants in the city and it’s disappointing) The cats and dogs will welcome you with their great smiles too. Next time I visit again I will try the private villa(I thought I reserved it but was not designed for a villa) I am sure that you will enjoy the place except one thing that it’s a bit remote from central area so you might need to rent a motorbike if you enjoy the socializing.

If you come to Sapa don't miss the chance to stay with this family. May, Sieu, Cao, and Hoa really put a lot of themselves into their little homestay. The village is off the main road and the homestay is at the end of the village, a very tranquil place. You will be surrounded by Red Dao language and culture. Home cooked meals are fantastic. Also don't miss the motorbike and walking tours. I will certainly be back next time I'm in the neighborhood!

What a place! The house itself is beautiful and all the surrounding were very beautiful too! The people were very sweet and helpful and the food was just amazing! Would definitely go back. Keep in mind that it is a bit far from sa pa town (the center) but I was prepared for that so it was fine as the area itself is really beautiful and also they provided very reasonably priced taxis whenever we needed

Great experience. Recommended! Very chill place, I was going there intrigued by the reviews and the description of the atmosphere that's being done there. I am not disappointed, I immediately met people like me who wanted to find a quiet, relaxing place close to this local atmosphere of the sapa country. Hot shower and towel so 👍 After all, you feel so close to the nature from the yard they have. The view is amazing. This place will calm you down and heal you! Day dreaming was most of what I did here ◡̎ Food was great too. Very reasonable price and you can tell that staff cooks it with love. Will miss this place and come back soon! The only constraint may be the distance between the place of the cottage and the city but you will easily find a person to drive you there or the chef (or the chef as he likes to say haha) will organize all this for you. for taxi: 230k and motobike 150k. 10/10! thank you very much

Mama Z is so lovely and her husband is as well! She is so sweet and made such delicious meals for us. By far the best food we’ve eaten since being in Vietnam. She also took us trekking! The surrounding area is stunning! The accommodation is very simple. Hot shower which was nice. Only thing is the beds were really hard. But overall would recommend Mama Z if you’re wanting to have an authentic experience! Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful place right in the middle of rice fields surrounded by mountains and waterfalls. Host was very kind and helpful with everything. Trekking trails within walking distance. The place is in a very unique and beautiful location but not the most accessible roads. However, that is part of what makes the location so special. The host is very helpful at providing directions and can arrange for transport of luggage and guests on request. Home cooked meals to order are amazing as well!! I highly recommend and I to go back one day.

I had such a wonderful time here. Sue was very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The food was delicious, the rooms were cosy and the location was beautiful. As listed, the rooms don't have heating, and the weather was cold while I was there, but Sue made sure we had extra blankets and although the room was cold, I slept well. Sue provided some nice recommendations. I also completed half of the Batik workshop with Sue (only half due to my own time constraints) and I really enjoyed this and appreciated the time that she took to share this skill and art with me. I would love to come back for more trekking during some warmer months.

Scott’s Place, just 10 km from Sapa town, is a true retreat into nature. Nestled by a river and surrounded by lush greenery, it offers a peaceful escape where buffalo, pigs, ponies, and chickens roam freely. Originally booked in shared rooms, we were kindly upgraded to a cozy bungalow by Zu, the owner’s wife, whose warmth and hospitality made our stay extra special. The bungalow’s front patio became our favorite spot to relax, meet fellow travelers, and enjoy meals together. The journey to Scott’s Place is an adventure, navigating a small cement path on motorbikes added to the charm. Despite heavy rain on our last day, Zu arranged a taxi for us, ensuring a smooth trip back to Sapa. Scott's Place is a must-visit for those seeking tranquility, stunning scenery, and genuine hospitality. Thank you, Zu and Scott, for an unforgettable stay, we’ll definitely be back!
