We felt just at home at this beautiful place in this small town, we make a yearly trip from kc to fugative beach and this was just the perfect spot. I absolutely loved the home. I just kept saying what a dream home 😍 so cutely decorated and warm and welcoming. We loved grilling and porch sitting and having a family meal around the table.

Our stay was amazing! The view, pond and peaceful quietness was truly a gem! We absolutely loved this house and the land it is on. We caught lots of fish and loved just sitting on one of the 3 patios and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The inside was very historic with lots of older memorabilia and we loved the old farmhouse feel. The beds were comfortable. This house had everything we needed and more! Thanks for allowing us to stay, we will be back!!!

It was the perfect place to accommodate my family on the occasion of our daughter’s wedding in Rolla. More spacious than we needed, but we appreciated the generous space during an extended weekend that was quite hot and humid outside.

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

Great home away from home. Everything was as described, very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. A couple of deer walked around the yard while I was on the back deck. I would definitely stay again if in the area

I was in Rolla for a week while I attended camp. Christina's place was comfortable and quiet. The access was easy and Christina was very accommodating. I will definitely be back if my so chooses S&T.

Such a beautiful and relaxing stay! I had a longer stay while working in town and this was the perfect place to unwind after work. No noise from neighboring units, and I only noticed the train twice, and it really wasn’t very loud. The space was clean and I enjoyed relaxing on the large balcony! The nearby gym was a nice amenity to have and it was very clean as well. There are so many nearby places to walk to in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again!

We are already looking forward to planning a return trip. This is the ONLY place we would stay. Immaculate. Up to date. Everything we needed. Very responsive host. Close to all local restaurants. We took a walk each night launching from the B&B. Surrounded by quaint neighborhoods. Everyone was so friendly. Can not say enough about this stay!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
