Fantastically Cozy,Central

Attic with roof terrace. 10 min. Kloten Airport, no flight noise!! 3 min. to the train station. Bright, quiet, newly renovated. Basement, living room, luxury kitchen with ice cube machine. Good infrastructure. In 19 minutes in Zurich at the main train station. Bülach has everything! Farm shops, Apo.hairdressers, outdoor swimming pool, solarium, drugstore, post office, Coop, Denner, Migro, butcher, Chasi, super gastronomy, cafes, opticians, clothing stores, fitness facilities, cosmetics, etc. To the Rhine 10 minutes, to Jestetten 20. Come in and find out!!

We are renting a quiet, bright 21/2 room ground floor apartment (75 m²) with a separate entrance in Berg am Irchel, in the Zurich wine country. Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Zurich and the airport can be reached in 30-40 minutes by car. 60 minutes to Zurich by bus and train. The bus station is in the village within walking distance. The apartment and the surroundings are very child-friendly. Your children will find plenty of space to play on our farm. You will stay on the edge of the village on a farm surrounded by fruit trees.

Enjoy nature, the small river, the birdsong in the morning and the local wine. Or just go hiking or take the bike and explore the countless highlights of the surrounding area. Our house is located directly on the sunny slope of the Irchel mountain, which reaches almost 700m altitude and has many forest hiking trails and vineyards. At the top of the hill you can see the beautiful alpine panorama. You can also find orchids here. Rheinfall, Schaffhausen and Zurich can be reached in 30 minutes, Winterthur in 15 minutes

This apartment has roughly 50 square meters and is split into a hallway leading straight into the living room. The living room is integrated with the dining area and followed by a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom provides a comfortable queen sized bed for 2 and the couch is ideal for a relaxed evening or afternoon. Our modern accommodation is located in a larger, quiet property at the end of a cul-de-sac in Neftenbach. The 2 room apartment, which is just over 60m2 in size, we converted for ourselves in 2017, so everything was lovingly processed and only top materials were used. If necessary, more beds could be offered (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). Since we live in the same property, we only hope quiet and decent guests who are respectful of the new building.

The apartment with separate entrance is in the lower part of my beautiful farmhouse. It is perfect located, a 5-minute walk away from the Rhine, 20 minutes by car from Zurich Airport or 30 minutes by car from Zurich Central Station. The nearest S-Bahn station can be reached on foot in 20 minutes. The apartment is perfect for nature-loving singles and couples. Swimming fun in the Rhine is guaranteed during the summer.

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.
