To highlight are the 2 terraces in south & west direction with private garden & beautiful view into the distance and absolute tranquility (no artificial light).

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Our renovated apartment is lovingly decorated and covers about 65 square meters. It is on the 2nd floor of our house, in a quiet residential area. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds (1x190/200; 1x140/200), living-dining area, kitchen (fully equipped), shower, toilet, balcony, satellite TV, music system, Wi-Fi, cot and high chair. Parking is nearby. PLEASE NOTE: If two guests occupy both bedrooms, we will charge an additional surcharge of €12 per night.

Enjoy relaxing days on the Höri peninsula in a pleasant atmosphere. The small house is located on a quiet street, approx. 300 meters from Lake Constance & the beach. The sunny garden is completely fenced & is therefore also suitable for families with small children. Our apartment in nature is located in a part of our beautiful and newly renovated house. Only about 20 minutes from the beautiful Lake Constance, nature invites you to cycle. The semi-detached house has its own entrance. You can park comfortably behind the house in the courtyard. There is plenty of space in the garden for the children to play. There is a large swing. In front of the open kitchen, there is also a terrace with seating and sun loungers.
