Has all modern appliances i.e. excellent WiFi, new air conditioning units, t.v. etc. Large, private patio with pretty flowers and a table with chairs to enjoy outdoor dining.

Beautiful accommodation in a perfect setting- wonderful spacious sun terrace with amazing views - extremely comfortable beds -hot shower always -well equipped kitchen, plenty towels - great air con Mellittas home is well cared for and in a very peaceful setting with great access to the beach for swimming and also in a great position for a stroll/ run into Polis or a coffee/meal at Latchi harbour we also hired cycles and the local area is very accessible We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here & highly recommend the apartment We also had our daughter and partner stay with our granddaughter for a week and plenty of living space for us all Altogether a wonderful stay at this beautiful accommodation thank you Melitta

We booked a break away with space for four mature ladies in a place to accommodate us all. The apartment is spacious, equipped with everything we needed plus more for a relaxing stay in Coral Bay, Cyprus. The apartment is located in a quiet location within a short walk to the bars, bus stop is a cross the road to Paphos, regular buses plus the sandy beach is easily accessible too. Views from the apartment include the hills as well as the sea views and sunsets for a memorable stay.

Just excellent! The Villa is situated in a quiet Residential area with similar properties, Just a few minutes from the Edro Shipwreck, a nice Spot to enjoy the Sunset. A couple of restaurants (never tested) and a big supermarket (Philippos) are within a few minutes driving. The villa was outstanding, a very well equipped kitchen, the beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the baths was good. The pool was great and everything was very clean. Check in was easy and communication with the owners was also good. I highly recommend the property and would love to stay there again when coming back to cyprus.

We spent last week at the villa and were instantly impressed - the villa is absolutely spotless and the welcome pack provided was a thoughtful touch that was perfect for arrival considering the main supermarket is a 10 minute drive away. This is the perfect location to relax with the private pool and stretch of beach straight across from the villa. The area is relatively quiet, with 2/3 restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking to explore/stay longer than a week a car would be useful. Would recommend visiting Latchi and the Watersports Centre for a day out. The owners, Georgia and Spyros were extremely helpful and came within a few hours of us contacting them to turn on the A/C. I would definitely return in the future and would recommend the villa!

Overall, the accommodation was very clean and everything needed was available. The location was very good, it was not far from the beach and from the promenade and yet very quiet area. The highlight was the communal pool, which the children liked to use in between, which was also mostly empty. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The only thing that bothered us was the mattress in the big bed, which we felt a little too hard. Otherwise, everything is great!

We absolutely loved our stay in Kings sunset apartment. Host is extremely helpful, kind and replies very quick. Apartment was very comfortable and clean. Plus it has everything you need (shampoo, towels, change of bedsheets, hair dryer, cleaning stuff, kitchen supplies. Even slippers and toys for the kids!). Location was top. Swimmingpool view and sea view. View from roof terrace is day and night amazing!! Easy walk down to the restaurants, beach and mall. Swimmingpool was clean and well maintained. Plus not busy, so very enjoyable. Apartment is for sure big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Loved the sofa-bed in the bedroom, which makes it easy for the kids to either sleep apart or in the same room with you. Definitely recommend a stay here! We are looking to book our stay for next year again!

We are a couple with 3 children and we spent a week in this beautiful and cozy cottage with wonderful pool where children spent most of their time. The townhouse was very spacious, cozy and homelike with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The area is very quiet and the weather in that location was great even during the hottest month of August. The host was very very kind, was always in contact with us, answered all questions and gave good recommendations of places to visit. This townhouse is in a great location but you need to rent a car in order travel to all the other places. We would recommend this place 100% and we would love to return there on our next trip to Сyprus.
