Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. And the best part for us was chickens! Super nice attraction looking for fresh eggs in the mornings for the kid. Thank you for the stay, Vaso!!!🫶

The description does not do the villa justice it is big spacious with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is huge well kept with a fantastic pool. Lynn was available when needed and accommodated all our every need. The villa is on a quiet plot but still within distance of the amenities however you do need a car. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Irene and would return again Lynn is a lovely host there when needed. We would definitely recommend this Villa to our friends and family.

Absolutely gorgeous villa. The views are breathtaking. You'll definitely need a car to get about but if you want this amazing view with your morning coffee it's worth it. Tala square has great restaurants and there's a little supermarket and deli there too. Property was spotless with everything we could need inc English TV channels. Beds were a little firm for us (Personal choice) but using spare duvets under the sheets sorted that. All in all a fabulous two weeks, could not fault it. A little slice of Cypriot Heaven.

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! A special thanks to the hosts for providing us with everything we asked of them.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

A great place to stay in a private area. We enjoyed our stay a lot and it is near the center. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi! The place is really spacious and has a great garden. We can recommend staying here!

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

A superb spacious villa with everything you needed to relax. Beautiful manicured gardens with stunning flora and fauna which you could enjoy all day /night in the outdoor space whilst relaxing in and out of the huge pool. Location was very quiet and Views at the front /side were amazing. Bonus outdoor areas all around from a separate shady seated area to a BBQ area and the car port aswell keeping car cool! An all round highly recommended villa not just for couples but for families too as it had everything.

We booked Maria's cosy place at the last minute for 2 nights. Never been to Konia before, and we were not disappointed. Number 702 is a minimalist gem snuggled in amongst mature trees. Although small, it feels spacious with its high ceilings and floor to roof windows. We ate out at the Mansion of Stavroula. Reserving a table is highly recommended at weekends. The food is delicious. We had the good fortune to meet Maria who is lovely and helpful. We will definitely be returning 😊

Townhouse Lotus was everything we could have wished for and more. Pristine, Clean and beautifully finished the house was very comfortable and welcoming and felt like home immediately. The location was perfect, allowing us to flip between Coral Bay and Corallia beaches, as well as multiple local bars and tavernas, and only 15 minutes walk to Coral Bay strip; I couldn't recommend Saint Cyprus and Townhouse Lotus enough!

Very well located apartment just few minutes from coral bay. Felt like home, with all amenities. The host was very helpful and responsive, definitely will recommend this place

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

A lovely villa but just a little way away from coral bay. If you don’t have a car you’ll need be constantly be getting cabs but the villa was lovely and I don’t have a bad word to say about it. Air con throughout, lovely and modern. My wife got ready there for the wedding and she had no complaints. Even stood the test of an earthquake, so that’s always good. But all in all. A lovely villa, could easily stay there for an entire holiday, just need a car. Would recommend it to friends but maybe needs an ironing broad.

Pure bliss overlooking the coastline & a quick drive down to Coral Bay! We booked a stay in Casa Authentica Cypria while viewing flats for sale in Peyeia & very glad we did! Demetris popped in to greet us & told us bits of local history. Generous welcome pack was lovely, very hospitable & genuine folk- He's part Canadian, so no communication issues like elsewhere. Been in various properties around Cyprus, but this one felt like we were actually in true Cyprus, not just anywhere in the Med. I doubt you can get more of a Cyprus feel than this! Cool Cypriot artwork, lots of kitchen items & a gas BBQ we didn't have time to use. Olive trees & Med foliage: an ambiance you usually get in deep rural parts of Cyprus, but this house is very central. Wifi, local TV, bed, hot water all very good. Found nearby small supermarket, kebab shops & Arabica Cafe. Can't really think of anything we didn't love, only wish we stayed longer. I recommend a stay in Casa Cypria wholeheartedly! You'll love it!

The house and the outside area have been beautifully renovated and decorated with great attention to detail! Everything worked perfectly, everything was very clean and we wanted for nothing. The contact with the lovely Abigail is also uncomplicated, polite and friendly. It is a little paradise which is quiet and undisturbed. We would love to come back as guests! Thank you for a really wonderful time!

Lovely villa in a great location. Really liked the privacy of the pool area. Spacious rooms and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a lovely relaxing holiday.

Villa location was ideal, private and quiet with a beautiful view of the sea. A very good choice of excellent restaurants and local shops within a short driving distance and some within walking distance in Peyia Old Town. Hosts Caroline and Jhodi were brilliant and contacted us on the first day to make sure we had arrived safely and to let us know they were on hand to answer any questions if needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Peyia, the weather and surroundings were perfect for a relaxing holiday. Would not hesitate to recommend the Villa to anyone thinking of visiting Cyprus!

Wonderful location with stunning panoramic views of the bay from the livingroom and pool area. It was a perfect house for two families with grown kids. The rooms and amenities were just as pictured. We stayed in winter so did not need or use the pool, but the outdoor seating and dining areas were wonderful when the sun came out. Lots of wonderful excursions - including tobogganing on the snow up in the mountains. Would highly recommend this wonderful villa to families who want to enjoy time together in a beautiful setting away from the humdrum of the main town.

The accommodation was really well presented, clean and the kitchen had everything you needed The garden, pool and bbq area were superb The bedrooms cool in the evenings and the lounge area perfect for chilling in after a tough day on the beach Some beautiful lagoons and bays, ideal for a morning dip, within 5 minutes walk The 2 nearest bars and restaurants were welcoming and the food and drinks excellent quality and value for money Ola Red..the little roadside cafe 1km away a real gem of a find

nice little cottage in beautiful village. great tavern opposite house. main road of the village, runs in front of the cottage, so could be a little noisy, but we didn't mind at all. we enjoyed watching people going by. comfortable bed. recommended.

fantastic place and would definitely stay again. came for a wedding but didn't fancy a hotel as we had a 2 yr old and an 82 yr old. all 3 bedrooms have ensuites and full air con. local co hosts were great, sorted us a car and a list of locally used restaurants away from the crowds and tourist prices. pool is to die for and made the holiday. no one can see into the pool area slight building work nearby we were warned about but only had one hours noise on the Friday to disturb us, rest of the time it was hardly noticeable. work is due to finish soon anyway, dont be put off. child gate a bottom of stairs and a sloping entry to the pool helped the little ones mom. kitchen fully equipped (only one tea towel though). welcome pack was ace for our first morning so thank you again. you definitely need a car but get tracey to arrange it. massive supermarket similar to Makro is 5 mins away and spend 40 euros they bring you back if you arrive by taxi but like i say get a car will be back
