Wer Entspannung & Erholung in einer Wohngegend in Zypern sucht mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf Meer & Bananen-Feld sowie Wohnhäuser ist hier genau richtig. Das Apartment bietet genügend Platz zu Zweit und kochen / grillen auf der Terrasse kann man auch. Mit einem Auto lassen sich in kurzer Zeit (10-15 min) Sandstrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Auch für Restaurants gibt es sowohl zu Fuss wie mit dem Auto ein gutes Angebot. Der Küstenweg direkt am Wasser entlang, lädt zum Spazieren oder Joggen (betonierter Boden) ein. Die nächste Stadt Pafos bietet Besichtigungsoptionen und ein Ausflug auf die andere Seite von Zypern (Polis) lässt sich ebenso für einen Tagesausflug erreichen. Zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug zu den Weingütern und Dörfen, ebenfalls als Tagestour gut zu erreichen. Limassol ist gut zum Shoppen und zum Flanieren an der Strandpromenade. Wichtig auf Zypern ist Linksverkehr! Alles in allem perfekt für eine wunderbare Auszeit - Mai & Juni oder Herbst - nicht überfüllt.

We enjoyed a very relaxed holiday staying at Wolfgang’s very clean, comfortable & modern apartment. Loved the balcony for sitting out before & after exploring during the day. We used the pool to chill on hot days (for us) ! Perfectly quiet & private Used the washing machine several times as we only took cabin bags for 11 nights. Clothes dried overnight & the iron is brilliant. As previous reviewers have stated all local amenities are within walking distance including local buses if not hiring a car. Wolfgang has been a real super host with excellent communication, advice & recommendations, friendly and hospitable. His partner Tanja & Wolfgang invited us in for drinks on their balcony & to his birthday bbq on the roof terrace - great start to our holiday. At the end, we were able to enjoy a late checkout (as no one was in the following day) before heading to the airport - very easy by bus from Tomb of the Kings bus station €2pp or €3 after 9pm. Really enjoyed our stay here. This apartment is very spacious, much bigger living space than the average 2 bed in this area. There are 2 outside spaces, 1 at the front and 1 at the front. The back has a large dining and seating area and in February was getting the morning sun. The front balcony has a wonderful sea view and got the sun from mid morning till sunset. 2 short flights of stairs from the allocated undercover parking space to the apartment. The furniture appeared to be new and was very comfortable. It was very clean. The cleanest place we stayed in 2 months in Cyprus. Also the only place we stayed with nice fluffy towels! We stayed during a very cold spell and it was warm enough. My only negative comment is that it’s not especially homely but everything you need is there. Host is really easy to deal with. Location is great for accessing the Sea Caves/Coral Bay Area. 20 min walk to the centre of Peyia (but it’s uphill!). There is a restaurant very close though.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is just as described and in the photos. We were traveling with an infant and Panayiota was very accommodating with a nice high chair and cot.

Moderne und saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe der Königsgräber von Paphos mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer und Paphos. Durch die zwei Terrassen auf beiden Seiten hat man sowohl morgens als auch abends Sonne. Liran hat eine ausführliche Anleitung für die Unterkunft bereitgestellt, die alle offenen Fragen ausführlich beantwortete. Tipp: Die Anfahrt zum Parkplatz ist sehr steil, am Anfang der Strecke gibt es einen großen Absatz, auf dem man schnell aufsetzt, wenn man nicht langsam fährt.

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

Great studio apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic balcony view, clean pool and very peaceful surroundings

As a group of 2 families this villa had bags of space and in particular we liked the outside seating of which there was plenty. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the villa was lovely and clean. There were decent shops within a short drive although we did walk one day but the area is very hilly which would be harder in the summer heat. The pool was good although still a bit chilly at this time of the year. The villa is conveniently located to explore Paphos, Coral Bay and more and a car is recommended.

Villa très grande et jolie pas loin des commerces. Nous avons pu profiter de la petite piscine en fin de journée, très rafraîchissante. Le lits sont confortables et tout est très propre. Athena est réactive et a su nous donner les informations nécessaires pour les lieux. Petit bémol les moucherons qui nous ont un peu empêché de rester dehors. De plus la villa est collé à la route.

Wir waren sehr gern zu Gast bei Emmanouel und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Stil und guter Ausstattung. Sehr Komfortable, alles was wir brauchten war da. Die Lage ist etwas abseits in ruhiger Lage mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick! Eigener Pool macht Freude! Absolute Empfehlung

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

Άνετο μεγάλο κατάλυμα σε περιοχή κοντά στην Πάφο με το αυτοκίνητο. πολύ βολικός ο χώρος στάθμευσης ακριβώς μπροστά στην είσοδο. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα και οι δύο κρεβατοκαμαρες ήταν πολύ μεγάλες με άνετα διπλά κρεβάτια. το μπαλκόνι είχε πολύ ωραία θέα. και υπήρχε καλή επικοινωνία. Θα το συστηνα.

This is a really lovely studio perfectly situated in Paphos. It's a short walk into the harbour, and also there is a lovely walk along the beach side in the other direction. Nikos invited me to a BBQ with his friends and family outside the studio, which was amazing. The studio is on the 612 bus route from the airport. Nikos works in the shop below so check in is easy. All in all a fantastic experience!

Мы отлично провели время с подругой и нашими питомцами,что немаловажно для нас! Очень красивое место,тропы,горные массивы,виноградники,и многое другое! Потрясающе звездное небо и тишина,погружают в легкость и забвение от городской суеты! Очень добродушные хозяева! Мы немного заблудились в самом начале,и Michalina,встретила нас и проводила до места проживания!Также нас угостили свежими яйцами и фруктами,которыми мы вдоволь насладились! Восторг и только! Мы обязательно вернемся! Спасибо!

We enjoyed our time at this place. The interior is partly a bit outdated in the kitchen and bathrooms but we spend most of the time outside anyways. Great view and the pool was good fun especially for the kids. There was a construction side visible from the pool area, so there's also some noise. But nothing the landlord can do about it

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war modern und ansprechend eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Andreas hat immer sofort reagiert und all unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und nachts war es ruhig. Waschmaschine und großer Balkon waren ein Plus. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Dachterasse und den gemeischaftlichen Pool konnten wir witterungsbedingt leider wenig bzw. nicht nutzen. Eine Besonderheit war die dimmbare und farblich abstimmbare Beleuchtung im Wohnzimmer. Adapter für Eurostecker und USB Lademöglichkeiten waren zahlreich vorhanden. Zur Erkundung der Umgebung ist ein Auto, für das es einen reservierten Parkplatz gibt, empfehlenswert. Wir können Wohnung und Gastgeber uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Great place, the location is near to many bars, restaurants and the shore!

The flat was great. Though I recommend getting a small vehicle or a buggy because the provided parking is a tight fit. Also, if you struggle sleeping without a fan, you will need to bring one with you or sleep on the sofa bed. I really enjoyed staying away from the main tourist strip and I he immersiveness of the flat.

Lovely little place in Polis. Very clean and it has everything you need. Close to Latchi, which is beautiful and accessible to Paphos by car. Host was helpful and the check in process was easy. The room is location on the second floor and I am not sure the lift was working so this is something to bear in mind if you have trouble with stairs, but if not it’s a great stay.

The apartment was perfect for my stay. It was exactly as described and is very centrally located. It had everything that I needed and given it's great location it was prefect to walk everywhere and relax. Sylvia was a great communicator, and the apartment was available 3 hours earlier than the normal check in time. I had a wonderful stay and I would definitely return and use this apartment again. Thank loads!!

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

we hebben heerlijk genoten van Blue Nest. Het huis is groot genoeg voor 4 personen. inrichting knus en gezellig. fijn dat elke slaapkamer een badkamer heeft. zwembad groot en liggend in een prachtige groene tuin met bomen en bloemen. wij waren bijna altijd alleen bij het zwembad. Edita reageerde altijd snel, heel fijn. zelf waren wij niet zo weg van dorpje Mandria maar Paphos daarentegen vonden we wel leuk. dank je Edita!
