A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, enjoying meals, swimming, walking, cycling, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

A Slice of Heaven by the Sea. A spacious, light-filled, cosy home, which has been recently renovated (2024) with much love. It’s a detached bungalow with lots of private space. Beyond the back garden there is the Salt Haven Brook with peaceful countryside views and only bird chatter to sometimes disturb you! A 1 min walk away & you are on Pevensey Bay’s lovely shingle beach and a 5-10 min walk will take you to the shops, cafés & restaurants, to the welcoming Castle Inn Pub and beach Aqua Bar.

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
