Lovely apartment and the most welcoming friendly family.

This is an architect-designed space in a historic 500 year old house, built right into the rock wall under Melk Abbey. Very charming! The wine cave downstairs, stone and brick, has reputedly been purged of ghosts. The house serves as a wine-tasting venue when not in use as overnight accommodation, and you can buy bottles of the good wine. Centrally located in the old town with easy access to the abbey, river, TI, cafes, etc. And connected to other towns and trailheads by train and buses. So much fun to simply hop on a bus going to or from one of the sections of the long-distance Wachau Heritage Trail or Jauerling Runde. If it had a couch, a desk, and a washing machine, we'd move in for as long as possible. Host Dietmar is an absolute gem.

We had a great time, including a 1 and a half year old. The apartment was also safe for the baby and Tobi and Olivia were very attentive and kind landlords. The apartment is super clean and tidy and the sauna is very nice at the end of the day. I can only recommend this place to people coming to the area.

Everything is great, nice old apartment as in the photos. Good location, quick to the trams, shopping center around the corner, you can quickly reach the Danube/main square/old town. but still very quiet. Kitchen equipment with the essentials for very simple cooking sufficient. Overall recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Elisabeth and Heimo. The Airbnb supplied everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the beautiful garden and peaceful surroundings. The host decorated the Airbnb with freshly picked flowers, a lovely touch! We would come and visit again.

Georg is a friendly and thoughtful person. When we had questions, Georg always tried to think along with us. If we cooked there, we could use his extensive herb garden. On warm rest days, we sat under the umbrella by the pool.

Andy is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The room is functionally furnished and has a small kitchen and a Nespresso machine with capsules. The bed was very comfortable – I slept very well. The only small disadvantage: the bathroom is located outside the room.

Great and hassle-free for a few days and nights in Linz, easily accessible by bus. Proximity to the train station and center.

Such a great stay at this adorable place in Krems! Location was fun and walkable and centrally located for day trips in the Valley. The apartment was perfect for three adults and honestly had some of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at an Airbnb. Such a comfortable stay, and Claudia was always responsive and so friendly! Highly recommend!

We were very satisfied with everything. We kept in touch with the host from the time of booking until the day of departure, he was available throughout, he helped with everything. We also got tips for activities and restaurants in the area. We arrived late at night, but that was no problem, we were able to easily take the key from a box. Cute surprises awaited us on the table and Nespresso coffee was prepared. The accommodation completely enchanted us, it offered us more than a 5-star hotel. Spacious rooms and spaces, pharmacy cleanliness, good equipment and comfort. We were able to connect perfectly here, the building and its surroundings are characterized by tranquility and quiet. Mariazell center can be reached from here by a pleasant 20-minute walk. In addition, there are also recreational opportunities for rainy days at the accommodation: Netflix, board games, hot tub in the garden, sauna in the neighboring building (2 euros/20 minutes). I highly recommend it to everyone, the best accommodation we've ever been to!

WOW this place is amazing - incredibly special- we wish we had longer here, The amenities - the bath- the balcony- the view- the sauna - the area - all incredible. Definitely do go here to experience such peace. We would love to come back

Amazing location with lots to do! Easy to get to the main train station to visit other areas of Austria. Accommodation was fantastic and very clean with a great view. Daniela was very responsive and easy to contact!

We spent a long weekend at Gerti's farm. Lots of peace and space. Very nice area and many opportunities to spend time in nature.

we have been able to use Martin's cottage for a few days in one word GREAT. everything you can think of is present and clean . Beautiful quiet clean environment large garden present .plus point is you have quite a lot of privacy in the garden .the photos correspond to what it advertises. we will definitely come back, we recommend it to everyone if you want to stay in Linz for a few days, book the apartment 😉
