The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

Each room overlooks either the quiet garden or the picturesque mountains.
