Appartamento articolato in ampio spazio con sala da pranzo, salotto e cucina. Grande tavolo che può essere usato come scrivania, ampia cucina, angolo divani con TV. Si gode di una bella vista dello spazio verde del giardino. Sopra un soppalco con travi a vista: uno spazio relax con divano letto due posti che diventa un letto molto confortevole.
